“Best hotel I've stayed in”
I'm a medium budget traveller. Suites Viena is simply the cleanest I've ever seen. They give free Internet surfing on the ground floor. They serve breakfast buffet for 6€. Everything is simply perfect.
“Très bon compromis de choix d'hôtel + kitchenette inside !”
Après avoir fait le tour de Tripadvisor mais aussi en fonction des tarifs des nuitées, j'ai choisi cet hôtel et je ne regrette vraiment pas !! Excellent rapport qualité-prix surement au-dessus de la moyenne. L'hôtel est correctement situé, près de 2 stations de métro et proche de commerces et d'un cinéma. Un parc est assez proche et l'hôtel était calme. Le style de l'hôtel est design. Cela nous correspondait tout à fait. Le petit plus qui a vraiment conforté mon choix était le fait qu'il y ait une kitchenette dans la chambre, ce qui permet d'éviter de ressortir le soir pour diner lorsque l'on est fatigué. Chambres propre et service ok. Seul bémol, il faut faire l'effort de demander un set de vaisselle et d'ustensile pour préparer à manger. Il n'est par ailleurs pas fourni de liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon, huile, sel etc...

The hotel was great...location-near the park, a short walk from The Granvia-Plaza De Espania. Clean- really helpfull staff and wireless interent-free a good look!
“Terrific hotel - will return”
Suites Viena, in a slightly grungy area was a deilight. Very close to major attractions like the Royal Palace, walking distance to many other attractions and close to the metro. All staff at the hotel were welcoming, courteous and helpful. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast - a buffet - at 6 euros was outstanding value. An excellent place to stay.
“Excellent hotel, convenient location - recommended”
Clean, modern hotel very close to Plaza Espana. Room was quiet, very comfortable and included a kitchenette. Great set of restaurants in neighborhood, including crepes - look for the street with stars overhead. For breakfast, head uphill to the Viena Cafe. Las Tablas nearby for flamenco. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Would stay again without hesitation.
“Highly recommended”
It is in a convenient location. Our room was large(but had a small bathroom) and the breakfast was good, if pricey (but the Financial Times was available to read). We considered this hotel excellent value for money.

“Excellent value hotel in Madrid”
The hotel was very well situated in Madrid and was a very short walk from the Metro. The hotel room (we had a Junior Suite) was superb and very clean with its own terrace. All of the hotel staff that we came across were very attentive. We would definitely stay there again.
“Good base”
Lovely apartment hotel just a 10 minute walk from Metro and sights. Although we didn't use the kitchen a utensil pack could be requested from the front desk if you wanted to eat in your room. However there were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Hotel was very clean and well furnished - all you needed for a base in the city. Only problem was street noise throughout the Saturday night, probably made worse by the protest which was being held in central Madrid at the time. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
“Can't fault it!”
I have no hesitation recommending this hotel. Both the amenities and the location are excellent. The staff were extremely courteous and were always looking to assist. Our room was very clean and comfortable with the added benefit of a large balcony. Although the hotel is very central, we were not aware of any city noise whilst sitting on the balcony in the evenings. The only crtiticism I would have is that the bathroom was very small and the lighting within was poor. That said I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel and will certainly stay there again.
