Please call an hour before your arrival at the office at Calle Piamonte 7, bajo (ground floor). Not all the apartments are in the same building as the office. Contact information is provided on the confirmation notice.
Please note that arrivals between 11 PM and 1 AM will incur a late check-in fee of €25. Arrivals between 1 AM and 3 PM will be charged €40. If you plan to arrive after 3 AM please contact the property before travelling to arrange check-in.

“Excellent base for exploring Madrid. Can't wait to go back!”

This was our first trip to Spain. Travelling w/ my elderly mom, we needed a safe, quiet, clean, modern elevator apartment w/ a full kitchen & bathtub, near public transit (Metro & bus), grocery store, church and had reliable wifi. Fuencarral Apartment exceeded our expectations on all counts! It is 1 block from 2 Metro stations: Bilbao (Lines 1 & 4) and Tribunal (Lines 1 & 10) & is 1 block from Fuencarral Street so you have all the benefits of Fuencarral w/ its many shops, restaurants (our first breakfast was at an organic bakery a block away - excellent!), banks, etc., w/o any busy street noise/traffic. Only a few min. walk from the Gran Via & Puerta del Sol metro stops. The apt. has a washing machine & clothesline & clothes pins for drying clothes strung outside the inner courtyard bedroom window. The friendly staff only manned the 1st floor office during the day but were otherwise instantly reachable via mobile for any Qs/ emergencies. They were all very nice & helpful, and gave good suggestions & directions for sights we wanted to see. We cooked delicious meals from groceries we bought at supermarket in the basement at a large dept. store at Arguelles Metro sta. (Line 4). Our 2-BR apartment cost far less than the cramped hotel room we had initially booked. Plus it was light, airy (high ceilings) & had lots of space. We already recommended this place to all my family & friends. An exceptional value & wonderful find for both business travellers & families (we fit both).

“Our Recent Stay in Madrid”

On July 4, 2009, my family and I spent one night in Madrid (part of a 2-week stay in Spain) and really enjoyed our accommodations here and the helpfulness of the apartment staff. The apartment is centrally located near the Tribunal Metro Stop. It is in a hip section of town. The 2-bedroom apartment was very comfortable (except for a minor complaint about the sofa bed) and tastefully decorated. We would stay here again and highly recommend this apartment for families and college students on holiday.

“Appart'hôtel Piamonte à Madrid : davantage un gîte qu'un hôtel”

Equipements agréables mais manquant un peu de commodités (pas de portemanteaux ni de paterres, coin enfants extrêmement bas de plafond, chambre adultes minuscule). Aucune intervention du personnel (aucun ménage effectué durant le séjour). Obligation de laisser notre numéro de carte Visa (je cite :) "au cas où Expedia oublierait de nous payer"... L'adresse du bureau fournie initialement lors de la réservation est erronée. Les services de l'hôtel on déménagé depuis deux ans. Tout est maintenant regroupé au même endroit, les appartements et le bureau (au 11 Calle Piamonte)
