Nh Embajada is a 3* hotel in a completely reformed building. The hotel is centrally located, near Chueca neighborhood, from where you will have an easy acces to other areas such museums, restaurantes, and one of the most important roads Paseo de la Castellana.
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast everyday and a laundry service. Guests will have a complimentary Wireless access in the hall, bar and currency exchange.
The hotel also offers 4 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 50 peolple.

“Would stay there again”
Hotel was just what I like in the type of neighborhood I prefer. Close to Metro, shops, cafes, etc. Not touristy. Think it's more of a business hotel. Would like to have bar and cafe, but breakfast included was what I really cared about and it was nice. Good quality and people.
“Was OK”
Hotel is quite old and has been refurbished to a limited extent, still some fittings bring the early XX century to our minds Rooms are not too big, but bathroom is massive!!! Unfortunately all double rooms are facing an inner wall according to the receptionist... Breakfast was very good (except no hot food). Jamón, churros, queso fresco con membrillo... mmm!!! Overall service was good and due to the superb location made things easier.
“Functional and Good Night Life Location”
this hotel is a good hotel if you are passing through and your needs are minimal. It is a large hotel chain which means you can expect it to be clean and have a few items of necessity. You can however walk to great Madrid nightlife activities. Right off a major intersection so grabbing a taxi is always easy. a mile from the Prado or so.
“needs better service and room maintenance - lack of respect and politeness”
This hotel was dirty and the people working there were as unfriendly as it could get. The glasses in our minibar were full of lipstick, the shower was absolutely dirty too. Nobody in this hotel told us that the so called breakfast buffet costs 13 Euro a person every morning. This buffet was small, the food was old and in my opinion it was worth about 50 cent. They let us believe the whole time that it was free. The front desk personnel were unfriendly and refused to give us any information: "We do not speak English" They only understood what they wanted to understand. The add for this hotel tells you that the Prado museum is close to the hotel, but it is like 20 minutes away, with the metro!!!!! This was the worst hotel we have ever been to.
