“Close to Cibeles and Gran Via, can't wait to go back.”
I was very pleased with this hotel. My room was quite large for European standards -- huge bathroom too. Location is unbeatable, staff quite friendly. There is a small fridge in the room, as well an electric kettle. Free wireless, although I had to go down to the lobby, as the signal was rather weak in my room (4th floor). A well hidden jewell!!

Very pleasant and accomodating staff; excellent location for us near museums and metro; lovely clean, big bathroom; newly redone in IKEA chic, but hotel will need to watch for wear and tear; good restaurant for a quiet meal.

We (self, wife and daughter age 8) stayed at the Lusso Infantas for a few days in the middle of August. We were pleasantly surprised to get this quality and location for what we paid. Hotel is located within about 15-20 minutes walking from Plaza Mayor, and thus you get the feeling that you are right in the heart of it all. We strongly recommend this hotel. I would not call the rooms spacious but they were not congested either. Sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom was modern, spacious and clean. Room had AC which functioned well. Although a restaurant is attached to the hotel, breakfast is not included in the room rate. The staff were very helpful, spoke English fluently, helped us get telephone numbers and directions, and held our luggage here for a couple days as we explored other regions of Spain. We did not hear much noise from any of the other rooms or from people in the hallway but there was some noise from a restaurant right next door where people hung out until the wee hours of the morning. The noise did not bother me a whole lot, and I am a very light sleeper (or I was too exhausted to matter). The windows kept out most of the noise. There is a Starbucks right across from the hotel and the Banco Espana metro station is within walking distance.

Great location; surprisingly quiet given that it is in the heart of Chueca. Good value all round.
“Excellent Central Hotel”
This Hotel is in a great location, nearby to most tourist spots. The only downside was the street noise during the night, it seemed like rubbish collectors visited every night to empty bins in area and we occasionally heard heated disagreements on the street below. All round great value for money, highly recommend!
