“This was in a great location across from El cortes Ingles and walking distance to the palace.”

This hotel was clean but in Spain be prepared to have hard uncomfortable beds. The noise from the road can be heard in the room - but the fan provides some white noise. If you bring your computer free wireless is only available in the lobby area- otherwise you have to pay. safe charges also apply. The metro Augilles is a few steps away. Great Location

Tout était bien, l'hôtel en lui-même, la chambre, son confort et sa propreté (salle d'eau particulièrement spacieuse et douche parfaite), le personnel mais aussi son emplacement au pied d'une station de métro bien desservie. Seul tout petit bémol qui avait son avantage : ma chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure et n'avait jamais le soleil. Inconvénient, la fraicheur (surement un atout en plein mois d'Août) mais avec l'avantage de l'absence du bruit de la rue.

We came to visit our son who is studying in Madrid. Our command of the Spanish language was pretty poor but we got along just fine. Staff was courteous and the hotel was neat, clean and met all of our expectations.

Dans une zone de Madrid qui est très centrale et pourtant beaucoup plus calme que le noyau Sol- Gran Via, l'hôtel Tirol a été rénové sans perdre ses avantages : il est calme, scrupuleusement propre, et le service y est d'une discrétion exemplaire ; la modernisation de la déco n'a été réalisée que sur la moitié des chambres. Celles qui ont conservé la déco ancienne sont charmantes, chaleureuses, et moitié moins chères. A recommander.

“A great stay- a great deal!”

The family room was clean, spacious, better than expected with proper beds for all! The location was excellent, convenient and safe with great shops and restaurants nearby. A blink to the marvelous Metro system. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was construction noise every morning and the elevators had issues...but very minor concern. Thanks for an excellent experience!

“Very comfortable hotel in good location”

We always stay at the T3 Tirol hotel in Madrid for its very convenient location, comfort, cleanliness and prices. We have always found the Personel to be most helpful,pleasant and efficient. We always ask for a quiet room on a high floor overlooking the courtyard, no great view but very quiet. The buffet breakfast has lots of choice. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone on holidays or on business.

extremely helpfull staff. after getting my wallet stolen, they helped me in my battle with u s credit card companies which kept up hanging up on me, calling for me the spanish companies, so that finally someone would understand and stop my cards.. they emailed my family in nj to let them know what happened all at no charge and with a smile and in english. location too is perfect, a short metro ride away from any place , and an easy ride back to the airport. clean and efficient rooms without any street noise. thank you previous reviewers for making me change my mind and selecting this place for my stay.

“Week-end in Madrid”

Ideally located outside of the centre of Madrid but within easy walking distance of all the main places of interest, well appointed with helpful and welcoming staff, we simply couldnt fault it and will be going back when we visit Madrid again later this year. It is ideal for both tourists and business people as the room we had would work well for both.
