Location good. Staff nice/professional. Property could use renovations. Little shabby especially for price paid. Pool was not functional. Room wreaked of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Had allergy attack but since we got to our room at midnight and were just spending 1 night, did not alert the hotel. Would not recommend hotel or stay again.

The only concerns where that I paid for a city view instead I got to see nothing but walls outside and other people rooms. Another would be the staff slams door when working and if you think of sleeping in you may be woken up by the cleaning staff outside slamming doors. I believe water and ice machine are a priority in every hotel and there wasn’t one on the property so make sure to buy water outside the hotel.

Fabulous room upgrade, friendly and helpful staff, good security. This was my third stay at this hotel, which I return to for its location and quality of upgraded rooms.

They upgraded me alright to a room next to the one they are fixing. Then, the hall, elevator and lobby started smelling some kind of a chemical and so did the water in the faucet in our room. We let them know about it but was dismissed saying that it is in the air and not in the water instead of checking if it may have seeped in to the pipes next room. So we used bottle water for everything. It was clear after a few days but we were concerned for the people that stayed next door.

My stay at the hotel I can say was very good, there were no setbacks and everything was excellent, the treatment of the staff, the cleanliness, the location, the security, despite being located in the center. I recommend it.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay at the property as I had a medical emergency and wasn’t able to travel. I sent a request to cancel while in the ambulance but the hotel didn’t reply so I had my booking agency call them too and the hotel refused and said it was against their policy. It’s sad, they will take money from clients when there’s an accident/medical emergency and aren’t able to travel. I will not book with them ever again.

La habitación súper pequeña , del baño sale un olor a cloaca que contamina la habitación , la ubicación del hotel es muy buena , tienes todo cerca y eso es inportante.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was great. It would've been great if the walls weren't paper thin. You can hear the neighbors' conversation and slamming doors. The windows were great though as you cannot hear the noise on Gran Via.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Madrid. The hotel was great, and we were upgraded to a room with a beautiful view. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location can’t be beat if you want to experience the Center and surrounding neighborhoods. We will stay here again!
