Lamentamos que no haya encontrado la habitación en las condiciones optimas.Con respecto a la temperatura de la habitación, está dotada de un sistema de aire acondicionado y calefacción que ustedes pueden regular a su entera necesidad.

While this hotel is located rather conveniently for guests to access public transportation, there are several factors that would deter me from staying here again. 1. While the rooms are advertised as soundproof, I heard the closure of every door on the floor, along with the shower running or toilet flushing in the neighbouring rooms 2. There was a tapping on the window/roof that was heard every night....leading to little to no sleep 3. The lights in the hallway are motion activated, however the rooms are not completely sealed off from light. This resulted in what seemed like a light show during the night. 4. The staff understand little to no English, therefore this caused an increased level of difficulty to communicate issues and to get information

Todo estuvo bien, la habitación estaba impecable y la atención fue buena, lo único negativo fue la bañera, que para mí, que tengo problemas de columna me es dificil acceder y hubiese estado mejor que tuviera plato de ducha, fuera de eso, todo perfecto.

A pleasant stay at this hotel, fairly basic but does the job. Quite a noisy hotel in some respects, Sound does travel inside - but otherwise no complaints!

It was just odd there was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. No restaurant but luckily there were restaurants just a block away. Staff was nice, friendly and the hotel was clean.

BEDBUGS! My husband and I stayed in a room here. He left the following morning for one place, I for another. Three days later, we were both covered with bites on our legs, backs, and arms. He went to the doc where he was and was told he was covered in bedbug bites. The doc said, "there had to be a whole army of bedbugs in your bed to do THAT!" Stay away!!!

Dear Mr:We have never had this problem in any of the hotel rooms, we are very surprised by what you tell us.Rooms are deep cleaned every day and all bedding and bath linens are changed and sanitized.We regret what you tell us

Not a nice place, barely any insulation on the walls and you can hear everything. People were stomping and yelling at 4 in the morning and the motion censor light would turn on every single time someone was outside the door. The front desk person was rude and the service wasn’t great, I didn’t see a single other person in the hotel. There was one outlet behind the bed and another in the bathroom, that’s it. Air conditioning did not work, at all and the window in the room was about two feet tall and in the corner of a blank wall. It was $90 for this one night.

The hotel is located very close to the airport--hardly a mile away--in a really cute and safe little town. The man at the reception desk was unbelievably helpful. That's so rare these days. We so appreciated all his good advice about restaurants, buses to the airport, etc. The rooms are somewhat pricey, but we're paying for the convenience of being 5 minutes from the airport.

This is definately a "no frills" hotel with a "no frills" room, at a cheap price. Very conveniently located near Barajas airport. Good taxi service day or night. Very friendly staff. That's it... nothing else to add.

I choose this Hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and our early morning flight out. It still required a taxi ride that was 20 euros in the middle of the night. The neighborhood is great with many restaurants. The hotel staff was extremely helpful.

Good location to airport. Lifted pillow to get into bed and found a long, black human hair under my pillow which made me question if the sheets had been changed or, at least, the cleanliness especially during covid-19. Wi-fi was so intermittent that I had to invoke the data plan at $12/day on my phone. Asked about the wi-fi at the front desk and was told everyone was on it. Wouldn't that always be the case? No hot water in the morning to take a shower before my journey home of three flights with lengthy layovers in between each flight.

Nice place
The interior is simple, yet pleasant. Was able to get a cheap ride to the airport at night, with Cabify. Would recommend.

Very Nice
The hotel was not too difficult to find. It is very near Barajas airport, therefore convenient if you are leaving the next day. If you arrive early, you can park in their small garage. There is a cute little plaza around the corner with a nice restaurant.

It is a noisy place for short stay guests. People check in and out at all ours of the day. The door to my room did not lock properly which I reported to the attendant; room # 4 on the ground floor. It is a functional place right next to Madrid’s Barajas airport just to stay overnight. It could be better.
