“Great for long term stays”
This hotel has apartments with a kitchenette in each one. The staff is excellent. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is very comfortable, especially for a long term stay. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well as transportation (taxi, bus, metro). It takes about 20 minutes to be downtown near the museums. It is a good value for the money, especially in Madrid.
“Convenient for Chamartin train station”
Very good hotel. Short stumble from Tetuan metro station and short trip on metro to Chamartin. Useful for train journeys from chamartin. Shops nearby too. Nom problems with room and staff on reception friendly.
“Quo Galeon Aparthotel Madrid”
Small hotel in the Barrio Tetuan area that I picked as it was the closest to the business I was there for. I also wanted a kitchen to bemore flixible with breakfast. I stayed there with my best friend and we had single beds. The apartment was cleaned every day although the maid did not wash up dishes ( not a problem). It was clean and tidy but I thought the doors on the kitchen were very cumbersome and it would have been better if they were folding doors. The staff could not have been more helpful. It was also close to the Tetuan Metro so easy to get everywhere and the shopping in the local area was excellent as well as the restaurants. I recommend Ascot Restaurante and also Griffos.

“I am sold on this hotel”
For those who want a "homey" hotel, with a kitchen and separate living and bedroom quarters, this is a nice, reasonably priced option. It is in a middle class neighborhood with nearby supermarkets and restaurants, but not in a "touristy" section. The subway and bus stops are nearby. It is a 15-20 minute subway ride to the museums and city center of Madrid. Staff is great. Not many frills, but I always have a pleasant stay here. No restaurant on site, although they will provide breakfast to the rooms for an additional fee.
“Very Clean & Comfortable Hotel”
I enjoyed my stay at the Aparthotel Quo Galeon very much. I was moving to Madrid & needed a long-term place to stay while looking for somewhere to live. Being able to stay in a self-catering apartment was very convenient for me given the length of my stay. For someone travelling for a short trip, who doesn't need cooking facilities or lots of space, or someone who prefers a hotel with lots of amenities like room service, spa, restaurant, etc, they'd be better off at a different type of hotel. Regardless, the room/apartment I had was impeccably clean & very comfortable & had tons of space; would be perfect for a family. The staff was helpful in assisting me with everything I needed & I was very reluctant to go when my stay was up. The hotel is also reasonably priced & it was a great location for me given my apartment search. For someone who wants to be in the center of the city though, it would require a 15-20 metro ride everyday & may not be the most convenient location. Great location for business travellers in the Asca area. One down side, occasionally I could hear a bit of street noise at night, including garbage trucks, but honestly Madrid is a noisy city in general.

“Good hotel”
This hotel offers a very large suite, including a mini-kitchen, frige, separate living room. The location is not in the centre, but very convenient via metro, and easy access to all rail stations. The staff is very kind and helpful.
“Practical, friendly”
Wi-fi works well and staff is very helpful. I heard them speaking with people in English, German and French as well as Spanish, so it is easy to get directions, suggestions, make requests, etc. Not plush, but very comfortable and clean.
