Great design in the lobby, friendly staff and great location near the Bernabeu. The only thing that I would improve is power outlets in the room, none available in the working desk without having to unplug appliances

Get anywhere in this wonderful city from this convenient location. Cuzco metro station is a short walk away and the taxis stop right outside. Great concierge and staff, wonderful bar and good food for a convenient bite.

Our room was very dark with a window facing into a center alley. It was also the most expensive room we had for our entire trip through Spain. The lighting was very dark and the hallways were also very dark. I'm sure it was supposed to be moody and sexy and it was really annoying when we couldn't even open our curtains to get light to pack. I'd stay elsewhere next time. Upside, the staff were awesome!

My vacation was all about football and I was really glad with how close the hotel was to the stadium. On two different occasions I needed a taxi early in the morning and the staff was very helpful with getting a taxi to the hotel. I did not have any issues. The room was always clean and the staff was kind. When I go back, I will choose this hotel again.

We had a great room overlooking a side street off of Paseo de la Castellana. Parking was very difficult on Saturday when we arrived, but this was because of activities at Bernabeu Stadium. We got very helpful advice though from the welcoming front desk staff. We had a great stay.

Nice hotel but avoid certain rooms!
Good location for Cuzco / business district. Modern reception and room interiors. Staff friendly enough. Room was a little uncomfortable though as I was given an interior window onto a atrium shared by adjoining apartment blocks. The room was stuffy with no aircon but opening the window gave little fresh air and a lot of noise! It was also gloomy. Room service was very slow on the night I ordered it (approx 1 hour).

We were coming to Madrid to see a Real Madrid fútbol match. Our plane was late, which made our train late. We got to the hotel after the match had started and the front desk clerk was amazing!! She let us drop our bags and run to the game and finish the check in when we got back. That little extra touch went a long way and we will forever recommend this great hotel!! The kitchen stayed open late to feed everyone coming back from the match with a smile and excellent service. It’s been an incredible experience. The staff have definitely gone above and beyond! Simply wonderful and the hotel management should be very proud!

Was very disappointed with my return stay at what used to be a great hotel. The room was freezing and I was told the next day when I complained that they would turn the heating up. This did not happen. When asked to borrow an iron, I was told they did not have sufficient irons to leave in hotel rooms and I should request it in the morning when I needed it. When the iron did arrive, the board was a small piece of polystyrene that was broken in the middle. When I requested an extra duvet because of the room temperature, I was told the best they could do was a blanket (assumably for the same reason borrowing an iron seemed to be taken as an unreasonable request) On the positive, the room was clean, food was reasonable and the complementary water was a nice touch. However, it was disappointing given the cost of the room, that basic things such as an iron and a warm room was not in place.

Absolutely Wonderful
The hotel was extremely accommodating- especially when our very long flight arrived way too early for check in. We were given a room as soon as one was available- giving us a few hours of much needed sleep before a Real Madrid match. Isabel at the front desk was amazing to work with, and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire stay. We also had a very pleasant dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Gabriel was our server, and he was such a great person to talk to. Taxis were always available, and the staff were ready to help with anything. We had such a great stay and will definitely use this hotel anytime we’re in Madrid.
