“very comfortable”

“Quiet,nice mattress, and clean”
We needed a one nighter, and this was close to the part of town we were staying at. Bed was comfortable, and room clean.
“Madtown Crash Pad”
This hotel was very easy to find and convenient to a highway. The room was very clean and comfortable. I didn't request a room with a fridge or microwave, but we got one and were very very pleased about that. The bathroom was very clean and is by far the hottest shower I've ever had at any hotel I've ever stayed at which was very nice. I will definitely be returning here next time I visit Madison. Highly recommended for multiple night stays at a great monetary and comfort rate.
“Not for the fussy”
This hotel has been around for a while, and it shows. However, it has the amenities I want (microwave, fridge, good cable) at a very reasonable price.
“Cheapest Deal Out There”
Used the hotel for halloween weekend at the Madison campus. Worked well with the cheap room rate and using a taxi to get there and back. Overall good experience.

Great place to stay for business or a sporting event where you don't spend alot of time in the room.

Room was clean, but furnishings were well worn with fairly basic accommodations. Free continental breakfast was adequate but not spectacular. Staff were all very friendly and everything went smoothly. You can't expect too much given the rates the hotel charges, but basic expectations were well met. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and room was clean. I will go back when I attend Badger games. Good cheap motel.
“good basic accommodation”
Booked for one night while visiting friends in town. Check in quick and easy. Room was a bit worn but appeared clean and did not smell of smoke since had asked for a non-smoking room. Bed surprisingly comfortable and I slept well until being awakened in the morning by people slamming doors and talking loudly in the hall--not something the hotel can control. I had noted another review stating pillows were not good, so brought my own; had to agree that what was on the bed did not look inviting. Wi-fi worked fine. Room had microwave and mini-fridge, which was a bit noisy. Good water pressure in shower, and water got hot quickly. Bar soap provided but not shampoo or lotion, perhaps those are available at the front desk but I don't know. Hotel close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, right off the Beltway with an easy on and off. Would stay here again, reasonable price for what you get.
