I'm not sure what was going on during our stay. The rooms were clean but we didn't have tv remotes for the tvs. My room didn't have any garbage cans and breakfast never did happen. May have been some updates going on with low staffing and they weren't ready for guests but I'm not sure.

Outdated hotel. Roaches every where . Rooms I cleaned, elevated uncleaned , garage on hallways full of trashes. Mold smell throughout the building. The staff came to room and the r out roaches. We moved to a another room and roaches were indentfied in the room. Was informed that another guest check out the same night like us because of bugs in the room. Was there no more than a hour.

Various maintenance issues in the room and common areas like missing tiles, nicked up paint, bleached & fraying carpet. The room And halls were clean except for dirt piles in corners of elevators. Overpriced for the conditions of the building. The attendant was nice and prompt.

The property had several run down vehicles, red creepy van in parking lot and the staff was less than professional in demeanor and appearance. I told the front desk clerk that I didn't feel safe staying there, asked if I could cancel and get a refund, he said yes. When the refund didn't happen, the General Manager refused to refund and says there is no one higher than her to assist. I'm just suppose to eat the cost of her employees mistake. According to her, I was suppose to get her authorization about a refund. Why would I think I need to talk to anyone when I was told I would get a refund by an employee?

Needs huge upgrades
The bed was rockhard. TV volume was too low at its highest volume. No towels, wash cloths,hand towels. The fridge froze everything and couldn't adjust it because the knob was broke off. Only 3 pillows for a king size bed. The sheets were stained. The elevator was scary, it jumped and shook.

The room was dusty and not very clean. We found candy wrappers on the ground in the bathroom and near the bed. The refrigerator would not close, it was so iced over that the door couldn’t physically shut. There were ink stains on the bedding. We had zero towels, wash cloths, or hand towels in the room. For some reason the hole that you look out into the hall way was covered in toilet paper. The hallways smelled like weed when we got back to the hotel after dinner. The staff we came in contact with were nice but the hotel was just not clean. I wouldn’t go back.

i DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL, I'VE STAYED THERE BEFORE AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. BUT THURSDAY NITE WHEN WE WENT TO THE ROOM, OMG IT WASN'T EVEN CLEANED. SO I HAD TO GO GET A DIFFERENT ROOM. THEN WE DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM. STILL IN THE DRYER. THEY'VE NEW WORKERS/OWNERS.. THEY WERE LAZY , PRETTY MUCH SAT IN THE DINING ROOM MOST OF THE TIME. Gross place- seems like they are trying to improve the place but there were some really gross things. Carpet around in floor fridge had corrosion all around it. Edge of carpet by door was shredded. No coffee in lobby Nothing good to say at all. Gross!!!

The location. I was checked into a room that maid service had not taken care of. Which the staff apologized for and gave me a different room. When I returned to my room later that night someone else had checked into my room and had gone through my overnight bag. Some lady and half dress man was in my room calling it there room. Simply put a night of HOTEL FROM HELL

From the minute I walked in the lobby, I knew I made the worst mistake ever by booking here. The first impression- it reeked of weed and cheap cologne. There was many people hanging around the lobby/reception area. The elevators were so old and to be honest they were sketchy, as were the hallways. The first room key I was given- I walked in to see the room was occupied by a dog, and that room smelled like heavy weed…I went back down and told the receptionist that that room had people in it. She said “oh, sorry, let me change your room”. I went up to the next room that I was given and the key did not unlock it. I went back down- got it fixed. Walked into the room, and the tv did not have a remote- nor did it work. I went down and a different receptionist was there and knew very well, it didnt work- so I dont know why they gave me that room. The last room I got moved to- was disgusting. There was old exploded beer bottles in the fridge….the bathtub had hair, and gunk in it. There was a USED soap bar setting in there….. there was stains everywere. Half way through the afternoon, the tv went out completely. At 1am there was a party, and there was music with bass blasting all night….. Honestly, I would have rather stayed the night at a MORGUE. This seemed like a ghetto trap house, with homeless people roaming everywere. I did not feel safe and I have no idea were anyone thinks this place was legal, let alone charge the prices they charge. The place was just run down, maybe they were right in the middle of upgrades but it was rough. Our first room the headboard would have crushed us in middle of the night it was literally hanging by a couple screws. The second room they gave us the bathroom light wouldn't work. They did a wonderful job moving us to a new room but it just wasted some time and it was already pretty late at night. The staff was kind and easy to work with.

When we got into our first room it looked like it hadn't even been cleaned. There was hair in the shower and the pillows and bedspread were messy. We were given a different room, but even that one wasn't super clean. The drain on the jacuzzi wouldn't seal because there was random plastic debri inside, and there was no remote for the tv, so we couldn't use that. Throughout the night there was very loud music that kept waking us up.

First off I was sent to a room that the sheets were laying on the floor and unclean. Went back down to get another room which was no problem. I get into my new room and it’s just filthy. I was beat ass tired so I pulled the blankets back on one of the beds and it was full of black hairs. The other bed was fine but mattresses sucked. Went into the back room and there was one towel in there and it was filthy. Looked like dead bugs on the ceiling and light. Went down to the desk to get some wash clothes and smaller towels being that I only had one in my room. All I can say is I was away from home for roughly two months and stayed at many different hotels. This place was the most expensive and dirtiest hotel I had stayed in on my trip. Staff was fine but the rest was horrible!!

The room had old food on the floor. A permanent smoke smell not just from Cigarettes. Bed was very hard and worn out mattress. The free continental breakfast consisted of hard bolied eggs and sausage and bagel or english muffin, coffee. Hot tub was not available as it was drained not updated on website. Outside looked great very dark and dingy inside. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Did not stay long.

I've stayed in well over 100 nights in hotels per year and I've stayed here many times. As these must be new owners, it was absolutely the worst stay I've ever had. Sheets were not changed (I bring my own, but there was hair and wrinkled sheets) garbage not emptied, old food in the fridge, toilet wasn't cleaned and the smell of marijauna everywhere

Rooms were pretty clean for the most part but the shower head was broke and the bathroom lights were dead. Also the lamps around the room would flicker a lot and never stay on for longer than an hour. I didn’t mind too much since I didn’t spend much time at the hotel but if I were to stay for a longer period of time I would have asked to get switched to a new room. I did have a few other friends who had rooms at that hotel and all but one experienced the same issues as I did.

This was the absolute worst hotel that I have ever attempted to stay at! The room we were given on Oct 16th that we paid $259 for was horrendous. The toilet was black with mold, the pillowcases were ripped with the stuffing coming out, the tub was covered with dirt and mold. There was an empty toilet paper roll and zero towels and a missing coffee pot. The room had a made bed but hadn't been cleaned in months-if EVER! We obviously did not stay and the hotel refused to refund us our money.
