During check in we were told that they overbooked and need to have us stay at a different hotel. It was a bummer. Then we were asked to pay the same amount for a hotel that wasn’t as nice.

Very nice hotel in excellent location. Clean and well appointed with great area off lobby to gather with friends. Games available to borrow. Great location to many excellent restaurants.

This property was overall clean and nice. The snack bar was not much to choose from and very very expensive. Parking was available but a small lot made Things challenging. Staff was friendly and nice.

The staff was attentive and kind. The breakfast crew was truly outstanding. Each person greeted us each morning, the breakfast area was very clean at all times as well as well-stocked. The entire facility is clean, well maintained and the staff absolutely take pride in what they do and it shows! Awesome stay!!

I always enjoy staying here....the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, the common areas and rooms are spotless, the pool is terrific and the coffee/breakfast bar is outstanding. I appreciate the ample and comfortable seating in the lobby/breakfast bar area. Extremely pleasant experience.

The hotel room itself was nice, but it was not the accessible room that was booked. Though I showed the desk clerk, Taurus, our reservation, he refused to honor that. Rather, he was defensive and rude; he chose to be condescending rather than actually help us find a solution. The last thing you want to do after a long day of travel is spar with someone. We ended up just finding a way to manage with a regular room. Traveling with an elderly person made this challenging. It was nice, but not made for someone who has physical mobility issues. This was particularly evident in the restroom area. It was very clean and comfortable, and had a pretty view of the courtyard, lit up tree and all. Breakfast was good. Basic fare, but lots of choices and a bit of something for everyone. The breakfast area was also clean and nicely spread out so no guests were in each other’s space. As long as you don’t require an accessible room, this is a good choice.

Easy to park, good location - walking distance to restaurants. Big and clean room suite. Pillows didn’t hold shape well but we brought our own. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

This was a really nice hotel. The room was fabulous, coffee was great, and the beds super comfy. They even had breakfast on china plates!! We will definitely stay here again. We really appreciated that they were pretty friendly.

Very Spacious
Love the spacious bedroom as well as a sitting room and kitchen. It was all very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfasts provided as well.

Don’t stay on basement level-creepy and bad View
I hate basement levels in hotels to begin with, and this gave me all the creepy vibes. The view at the back of the property was looking into a green swamp littered with garbage. Gross. Front of the building is beautiful-back not so much!
