Oh no, deepest apologies for the hassle of parking. Being downtown, it is a bit difficult to expand our parking options. While we do have coffee for purchase in the gift shop and the restaurant, under the TV's is a coffee maker in the rooms where the coffee is complimentary. We will be sure to inform our front desk team to let our guests know about that option moving forward.Thank you for your review!

Thank you for your review! To address some of your concerns: Hilton brands have officially started daily stayover service, our property included, starting October 2. Madison does have many coffee shops within walking distance of the hotel if someone is not interested in the Starbucks brand we carry inside the hotel, and all are very good. We hope you come back the next time you are in Madison and try out some of the localized shops near by!

Our first floor was redesigned in 2019 and we do not get tired looking at the amazing job the team did, thank you so much!
