“Great stay at a great price”
This hotel seems like it's been around awhile, but it's very clean and well maintained. I stayed in a room with 2 double beds (good size) that were very comfortable with nice bedding. The evening snacks and beverages were a nice touch and the options for breakfast were plentiful. I also took advantage of their shuttle service. It was prompt and the driver was friendly. The front desk staff were also friendly and very helpful. This is a nice hotel that I got for a great price and would not mind staying here again.
“Worked for me!”
The location of this hotel was very convenient to the Beltline Highway, which made it easy to get to. Having said that, it's stuck behind a Chinese restaurant, not the greatest surrounding, but OK. It's also right near the West Town Mall area, so there's lots of shops and restaurants nearby. My room was clean and kept up daily. The bed/bedding was very nice and comfortable, and there was also a great recliner in the room which I loved, since I'm a reader in my free time. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had for a basic continental - waffles, assorted muffins/bagels, juices, coffee, fruit and biscuts & gravy and an egg dish every morning. Free snacks and beer/wine between 5-7 every evening. I'd definitely recommend it.

“Hidden Gem”
A recently renovated property from another chain, this hotel was surprisingly clean and comnfortable with more amenities than expected. Also easy access to freeway and shopping. Great breakfast, too! Will plan on staying here again when I return to Madison.
“Good room and breakfast”
I stayed here for three nights on a business trip, and was pleased with the quality of the hotel. From the sign for this hotel, I gathered that it was recently purchased/converted from another well-known hotel chain. The room was very clean and had everthing I expect in a hotel room. The hot breakfast exceeded my expectations--with many choices. The only problem I had with this hotel was that I needed to have my room key re-magnetized several times, but the friendly staff did this for me without any hassle.
“Great stay”
We loved this hotel. The standard room had a microwave and refrigerator in it. The breakfast had something for everyone. Free beer and wine in the evening was a nice perk. We got a very inexpensive rate. There are nice restaurants nearby. We will surely stay there again when going to Madison!
“Super Staff!!”
One the best qualities of this hotel is the staff! The hotel its self was more than I had hope for but combine that with the friendly staff and this becomes a superior hotel! From the desk clerk (Brad?) to the morning breakfast crew we felt like friends rather that just guests.
“Surpassed expectations”
I stayed at many hotels in Madison. From the friendliness of the staff, the cleaniness of the room, the convience of the lobby, the breakfast and happy hour, and the other amenitties, the place was the best value I have at Madison in a long time. i will definitely go back to this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Americ Inn--wonderful motel, excellent breakfast, terrific location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, rooms were comfortable and clean, and the price was great.
“great hotel, great value”
the hotel is in a very convenient location with several places to eat within walking distance. the staff was very friendly and the room clean. breakfast was good, and i especially liked being able to make fresh waffles. i would stay here again when visiting madison.
