This hotel was okay. The room was clean but it’s a pretty standard experience. Nothing amazing. Staff was nice, just took a very long time to check in since their computers were messing up at the time which was a little frustrating. The hallways and general areas were not air conditioned well so it felt muggy outside of the room. Breakfast was very basic, so I would pass on that. I would probably stay there again if need be, but definitely not a #1 choice.

This property was and is in the process of completing full renovation and it is being done well! New modern fixtures with hardwood floors adorn the rooms. Beds and bedsheets are very comfortable. The staff are amazing! The included breakfast is great as well - hot and delicious! Location is perfect within close proximity to shopping and dining options!

It's a bit run down and the mattress was VERY firm but it's not bad if you just need a place to crash for the night.

This was a terrible experience with the front desk manager. I asked for a late checkout for my son given he has insomnia and didn't get into the hotel until 12:30 am. They said they would only do noon. I asked for 2 pm which the previous hotel (a Hampton Inn, Louisville) was kind enough to do, but she said no and would charge me. I talked with the manager and said we would pay the $99 tax fee for an additional 2 hours so he could sleep. At noon the manager came banging on his door, telling him to get out and that no arrangement was made for an additional day. She was so rude and inflexible, so he got up and left, even though we were going to pay! I will be sure to put a terrible review on their website!!

The air conditioner was screaming loud every time it kicked on. Couldn’t sleep all night. The room was clean and the inside was all clean as well as a good breakfast.

The only complaint was breakfast was chaotic. There was a large bus load of robotics students and the literally ate all the breakfast food.

Evening staff was friendly but morning staff was short and seemed inconvenienced by us. Breakfast didn’t contain anything my gluten free crew could eat- fruit, bacon, corn based cereal would be easy additions to accommodate this.
