Just be cautious this hotel doesn’t have an elevator, I booked an accessible room downfall it was the 2nd floor. Friendly people, decent breakfast.

We had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in. Then we go to the room and the keys won't work. Had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for somebody to come and unlock the door for us. She said it needed the battery changed but nobody was there to change it. After our event later that night another long wait to unlock the door to let us in. I asked for another room but she said the hotel was full. The only other hotel in moberly was the comfort inn and it was completely book also. She did come back a few minutes later and offered to check us out and i didnt want to sleep in my car so we had no choice but to stay. Very put out and i think the least they could have done was to discount the room but that wasn't offered. Poor customer service and poor planning on their part.

The property was fully renovated and so everything was in great condition. The dining area for breakfast was small. The towels were also a bit small, but not a deal breaker! Breakfast options included waffles, cereal, breads, yogurt, packets of oatmeal and packaged baked goods. They also had biscuits and gravy the morning we had breakfast. Close to fast food, grocery stores and other conveniences.

Disappointing overall
The room wasn't that clean. The hallways and room had an unpleasant odor. The hair dryer did not work. The hotel has not been updated. Part of the bathroom area (including sink, hair dryer, etc. is in the main space, living the tub and toilet area separate. There were some unsavory people outside the hotel, as well as staying there. It was noisy, in that I could hear people above me and children running up and down the halls very late at night. As a female traveling solo, I wasn't completely comfortable and would likely never stay at this location again.

Everything appeared very clean, but there was a bad smell. Everything has been updated and was in good condition. The woman in the morning was so nice and let us eat later for breakfast. It was nice to actually see sausage in the biscuits and gravy. Staff was very polite.
