“Weekend Visit”

I needed a place to stay for the weekend, but didn't need anything fancy. This place was clean, conveniently located, & comfortable. It's not the Hilton by any means, but that wasn't what I needed anyway! For the price, it's worth it. I'll be staying again soon.

“alright for a night”

I only chose this location because there were no more rooms available near Kirksville. They posted the check-in time as 2 p.m. but when I arrived after 2 my room had not been cleaned and was not ready until 3 p.m. When I did get into my room I had trouble getting the lights to work - they were unplugged. I had to move furniture to plug them in. I also had to call the front desk to get a remote to the TV because there wasn't one in my room. They had to look for one and then the only button that worked was the channel button - in one direction. I did go down for breakfast and they had a good choice of fruit, danish and hot or cold cereals. They also had juices, coffee, teas and hot chocolate. They had a few tables and chairs for people to eat there, but most people had to take their food back to their rooms to eat.

“not very impressed”

I know they were doing construction but there is no reason for water leaks in the sink, toylet didn't flush right. I noticed mold on the base of the door.

“Not positive experience”

the toilet in the room did not flush properly, despite repeated "attempts" on their part to fix it; they took our pillows--yes, ones we purchased because theirs were TERRIBLE and we had to call them to get them back; housekeeping threw out items on the desk that were not garbage; the only positive thing was that the staff was nice.

“Never again”

This place smells smoky, the hallways are dirty, the stairs filthy. The shower barely provides enough water to take a shower, cleanliness is a major issue. The rooms are just not well kept and need a lot of maintenance.
