The front desk upgraded me to a suite as I have booked a family of 3 adults room and request for extra bed. The suite is really comfortable and the hotel is away from the main streets of Londoner and parisan and venetician creates a tranquil and calm atmosphere. To me this is more high class than the rest

Basically, a relatively good hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and approachable. But information given by the hotel staff were not accurate and different among themselves. Not blaming but found it interesting. Hope this could improve.

This hotel and all of its staff are the best. From Louis at check-in, Reven at Concierge, these 2 men are Fantastic. The restaurant staff at Breakfast 1st class and will do anything to make your stay perfect. Thank you so much for our stay. The room was Amazing also.

Beautiful Hotel. The rooms are amazing, the restaurants are fantastic and everything in the surrounding area is totally incredible. Walking distance to other crazy 5 Star resorts are around 10min and they are all totally eye opener. Would definitely stay again. The only down side was we request for 2 non smoking room on a non smoking floor but one of our room has a strong cigarette smell and was a little bit off putting even through it's a non smoking floor. Overall great experience.

Rumbling by air conditioner
I found some rumble in early morning, like 6am. The sounds like the construction nearby Grand Hyatt Macau. I tried to sleep a bit more, however the sound was very annoying. I woke up and checked where the sound is. It’s very badly that the sound came from the air conditioner. Besides, you have to bring your adapter when you stay at Grand Hyatt Macau. There is no USB plug.

Staffs are very cheerful, friendly and helpful with us a bonus. The swimming pool is nice too, especially for those who like quiet long pool.

Grand Hyatt Experience.
Nice designed hotel, staff are friendly & helpful, food was average. Not overly great for kids, Kids playroom requires long sleeve and long pants to enter & play!! BUT if you don't have them we have them for sale! lol There are much better family friendly alternatives such as the Parisian without all the weird rules. Apart from that it was ok.

A very enjoyable stay for a weekend break. The staff was helpful and friendly. We’ve got of an upgrade to a suite. It’s very clean, comfy and came with a nice view. Amenities provided were of high quality. We liked the outdoor pool a lot. The gym was well equipped. The buffet breakfast offered a lot of choices with both Chinese and western dishes.

Great location. Nice room with living room area. Lots of dining options downstairs. Love the club on 37th floor. We booked room with club access which includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner! Great combo.

Amazing! They provided an additional bed for our daughter. The bedroom was spacious, had a corner sofa and table. Huge, luxurious bathroom. Great views. And very quiet at night, even though it was right in the middle of casino land. Staff was amazing, going over and beyond. As we were only staying for two nights, we didn’t want room cleaning (to not have to tidy up our things), so let the” do not disturb” sign on all day. So they called us in the evening to check if we needed anything.
