We are glad you fell under the spell of the unique design of our hotel and hope you were able to make the most of our vintage vending machine that was used to sell dutch snacks such as' kroketten ' and ' bitterballen '. We think it's suits the atmosphere of the lobby which includes examples of old crafts and vintage pieces. Thank you for mentioning the extra sink which we introduced recently for more comfort. We regret that you did not appreciate the door separating the toilet, the majority of our guests prefer this. Please don't hesitate to inform our reception team of any issues or concerns you may have with your room, so that we may take immediate action. All our rooms, including the kitchenette are cleaned daily. We are very sorry for our oversight with the cutlery, we wish you had let us know at the time so that we could have remedied the situation. We have taken note of your other suggestions for extra amenities and will be taking them into consideration. As for the extra keys, we regret that as we do not have a card system, only old-fashioned keys, for security we do not have extra sets however our reception is open 24 hours so they may be left there to be picked up at any time.
