Chef de Cuisine, Audrey Eussen cooks from the heart. She finds inspiration in the seasons and areas surrounding Maastricht. Using organic and local produce with a genuine respect for ingredients she takes a modern approach to classic flavor combinations. “Ideally placed”

A great location between the Station and the Vrijtof square. Modern, clean, comfy beds, well appointed if a little too warm. But very good double glazing, kept the street noise out. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

“Nice hotel, too warm hotel room”

Spend a night at this hotel. The main building is located at the corner of a busy and cosy street. opposite is the dependance where our room was. in principle we were happy but the room was so hot. and the airco couldn't handle the temperature. The staff was very friendly and helpful. will definitely come back but then with another room

“Pourquoi 4 étoiles?”

Très bonne situation,loin de rien et près de tout.Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits.A notre arrivée,notre salle de bains ne reflétaient pas une propreté brillante.Ce que j'attends d'un hôtel 4 étoiles:tabouret sous la poussière,wc pas tout à fait propre,impression générale bof. Un bête bain.Les murs du bain aurait bien besoin d'un traitement anti-calcaire. L'hôtel se décrit: design et moderne. Modernité et design ne riment pas forcément avec l'extrême sobriété des chambres (!):une table de nuit moderne et sans doute design où on ne sait rien mettre dessus. Chambre très petite!TV avec son pas top. On est dans un quatre étoiles quand-même! Et je ne comprends pas l'attribution de ces étoiles. Donc,pour hôtel chic et romantique, vous n'êtes pas à la bonne adresse!
