“Hôtel Mercure Brotteaux à Lyon : proche de la gare de la Part Dieu”

Hôtel avec des chambres un peu petites mais propres, bien aménagées avec une bonne literie, une bouilloire, un sèche cheveux et un coffre. Nous avons par contre été déçus par le petit-déjeuner, non pas sur la qualité car tout était bon, mais sur le service. On nous avait dit PD avant 10 heures. Or à 10 heures pile, la serveuse débarasse tout, ce qui est lamentable pour un hôtel 3 * ! Certes il faut bien une heure "butoire" mais quand on dit 10 heures, pour nous cela veut dire qu'il faut arriver avant 10 heures mais qu'on a encore un certain temps pour prendre tranquillement son petit déj... Un peu de souplesse pour les clients serait la bienvenue...

“Agréablement surpris!”

Nous nous attendions à un vieil hôtel défraîchi... Nous avons trouvé une chambre moderne et agréable, pas très grande mais confortable. Literie parfaite, salle de bain impeccable, mini-bar, coffret de sûreté, WI-FI: on y trouve tous les requis d'une rénovation récente. Parking difficile mais assez près du métro.

“Un hôtel très classe”

L'accueil est personnalisée... La chambre était climatisée à la température idéale. Il y avait des boissons offertes dans le mini bar. Le lit plus confortable que jamais. J'ai adoré!!!

“Excellentes impressions de notre séjour au Mercure”

Hôtel bien situé, calme et à un quart-d'heure à pied du vieux centre; accueil sympathique et souriant,personnel très disponible; quelques petites prestationsfournies par l ' hôtel sont très appréciables, telle la possibilité, le jour du départ, de garder la chambre jusque dans l ' après-midi ! Petit déjeuner copieux et varié toute la matinée; proximité de bons restaurants , et d ' une bouche de métro. Notre séjour de détente et de découverte lyonnaise fut rendu très agréable ,grâce notamment aux services de cet hôtel ! merci Mercure et Expédia!

“A comfortable overnight stay”

Good location near station and park and close to good restaurants. Comfortable bed and bathroom at a reasonable price. All that I needed for an overnight stay for business.

Cet hôtel était très bien pour un court séjour, les chambres propres, jolies, modernes et bien insonorisées (la nôtre donnait sur le Boulevard des Belges mais aucun problème de bruit durant la nuit).

“Chambre convenable mais bruyante”

Chambre petite pour un MERCURE mais bien équipée, Sdb très petite. Malgré le double vitrage, chambre bruyante car donnant sur une avenue avec carrefour où les automobilistes klaxonnent pour un rien, phénomène sans doute accentué un samedi soir
