“Une résidence hôtelière qui tient de la cité universitaire”

Bien située, cette résidence nécessiterait quelques travaux de rafraîchissement. Le mobilier et le carrelage des chambres fait un peu penser - en bien plus spacieux certes ! - à une chambre d'étudiant en cité U.
