Hotel Roosevelt offers 48 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and welcome amenities. Beds feature premium bedding. Flat-panel televisions come with premium digital channels and free movie channels. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations with deep soaking bathtubs, makeup/shaving mirrors, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.
Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks, complimentary newspapers, and direct-dial phones. Additionally, rooms include windows that open and blackout drapes/curtains. Irons/ironing boards and wake-up calls can be requested. Housekeeping is provided daily. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in January 2012.
All guestrooms are non-smoking.

“A quiet and comfortable hotel with helpful staff - highly recommended”
The Hotel Roosevelt is a small and understated hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Our room (Superior Double)was very comfortable and well maintained. Both the bed room and the bath room were cleaned immaculately everyday. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help. The WiFi was free and worked fine. There are many attractive shops, cafes, restaurants all within 5-10minutes' walk. The only criticism I may have for this hotel was the prices of mini bar drinks. A bottle of 500ml mineral water at 4 euro for this class hotel seems a little too high to me. The weather was very hot around 35-38degress in Lyon when we stayed in August 2011. We had to drink a lot of water from the in-room minibar until we found a supermarket near by in about 5minutes' walk. There, we were able to buy a 1.5litre bottle for less than half euro! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. It is a very good 3 star hotel in Lyon.

Hôtel très chaleureux, belle déco, chambre propre, parking privé en dessous de l'hôtel, personnel sympathique, petit déj copieux. Rien à redire nous le conseillons vivement et y retournerons lors d'un prochain séjour.

“Hôtel le Roosevelt : petit hôtel de charme”
Le seul point négatif est l'insonorisation médiocre de la chambre par rapport aux autres et à la circulation intérieure , dommage! pour tout le reste l'hôtel est très agréable.
“Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms”
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small compared to US hotel rooms, but still comfortable. Short walking distance to good restaurants. A very scenic 10-15 minute walk to the other side of the river and the old Lyon (lots of shopping, eating, scenery). Would stay here again when in Lyon.
“Comfy and Quiet”
The Hotel is centrally located between two subway stops. We were in walking distance to Les Halles Paul Bocuse and the large shopping mall. We dined at two neighbourhood restaurants Le Rive Gauche and Casareccio and had delicious meals. We also dined at Le Nord and Le Sud and Brasserie Georges.

An excellent hotel in a great location for a good price. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Not a huge fan of the carpet in the room (like a shag carpet) but the overall decor was great. I would stay again.

“Great little gem of a hotel!!”
Good location for walking into the town centre. Excellent friendly staff including reception, restaurant and room service personnel. Breakfast a little limited but this is standard in France. Everything was super fresh though! Free WIFI is also really handy.
