The property was not anything like in the photos. It was run down and old. You literally had to walk outside to another building to go to your room and neither the front entrance or the additional building had any security - anyone could just walk in. They should have to use a key to gain access. The staff at the font desk was wonderful.

Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was very complete, with everything you could want to eat. There were lots of common spaces in the building with different functions, that gave a resort feel to the hotel.

We had a nice stay here. The front desk staff were helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice little patio. Air conditioner did not work very well however I found the foam mattress topper on left me sinking more than I like. And the other major annoyance was that my European AC adapter did not fit the electric outlets in the room though they worked in every other hotel we stayed in. The front desk did not have a substitute for us and we had to find one that fit this hotels fixtures.

I did not like the area. While it’s certainly convenient if you need to take the train, the area feels unsafe at night and it is extremely dark, obscured. Almost like if the city lights were dimmed down. The facility is very good and the staff is amazingly friendly.

Good location, good value. Rooms were very clean and air conditioning worked very well (it was really hot!). Helpful staff (all spoke English) - would recommend.

Very nice hotel. Smallish rooms, tiny elevator - but, Europe - it's like that. Very easy to the tram, subway, bus. Easy from the airport with Rhone express to Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie and then subway to Perrache. Walk or Tram to Musee de Beaux Artes and all of vieux Lyon. Walk to the Vaporetto. Spent three nights and would again.

The staff were lovely but this is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are incredibly small, the elevators…you can barely fit two people let alone any luggage. The area is blah with not many places to eat. Overall I would say this is 2.5 stars.

Fabulous hotel...pity about parking.
This is an amazing hotel with beautiful rooms...one of the best rooms on our 4 week european trip...so clean..so comfortable and cozy...everything u need..ie kettle..tv..usb ports etc...only thing we didnt like was the 25 euro parking 2 blocks away.

We only stayed 1 night because this was close to the bus station and we got in late. The area was ok but not so nice in the dark. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower were good. Room was dated but was ok for what we needed.

This was a nice place in a great location if you’re happy with the tram being right nearby. Very friendly staff and good breakfast options. Only negative is toilet area is cramped. Also, elevator is tiny if you are travel with large bags, it could be tricky. We only had carryons so it was fine for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Hotel In Quiet Location
Stayed here for three nights. Check in process was very easy and the staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were well appointed, but a little dated. Location was convenient to the metro and several great bars and restaurants. Would stay again.

Wonderful hotel
What a wonderful hotel in Lyon center. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice. Close to the old city a very nice neighborhood.
