tres bon accueil,avec des conseil pertinents concernant les transports sur lyon. le bus 25 ou 28 permet d'aller a la gare part-dieu directement en 5 minutes.ensuite on a le choix entre bus ,tram,metro. endroit tres calme.

“Convenient and excellent value for money”

Hotel is 5 minutes' walk from Part Dieu station, convenient for rail travellers (frequent trains, trams, metros and buses go to the old city centre), in a part of town which is not particularly pretty, but didn't strike me as an unsafe area. Similarly, while the building is no architectural gem (7-storey [?] block with annex behind), it seemed in good repair. Apartment itself was on 2 levels: downstairs were bathroom, kitchenette and dining/sitting area (with sofa-bed). Up steep wooden staircase was the bedroom, with a king-size bed, tv, cupboards, plus small balcony. The apartment was clean and in good state of repair. While not plush, furniture and equipment were more than adequate, in good repair, and I found it comfortable. Towels etc. were provided. I didn't take advantage of breakfast (available at extra cost) as self-catering very easy: mini-supermarket 100m away. Apartment overlooked fairly busy street but I did not find it particularly noisy and had no difficulty sleeping. Reception staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. All in all, for the amount I paid, this was an excellent, convenient, and comfortable base for a few days. No romantic getaway, and as an apartment it doesn't benefit from all the facilities of a hotel (e.g. room service), but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to an independent traveller in need of a convenient place to stay.

“Appart hotel lyon Part Dieu très bien situé”

Je recommande cet appart hôtel situé près de la gare Part Dieu et centre commercial. La voiture garé au parking de l'hôtel peut rester durant tout le séjour sans problème, pas de bruit , propre , système de codes pour toutes les entrées nous donne une certaine liberté. Rapport qualité prix très interessant.

L'hotel est tès bien agencé et à 3 minutes de lyon Part Dieu à pied. Le studio est spacieux, lumineux et dispose de tous les équipements.

“Very comfortable stay in Lyon”

We arrived very late on the Sunday night but the staff were more than helpful and provided us with an email giving the door entry code. Inside was a safe that held our room key, the code for this was also on the email. The room was basic but perfect for our needs as a base to travel around Lyon and further and seeing other parts of France. Parking around the hotel is limited but an excellent carpark under the hotel is available for 6 euros per night. The breakfasts suited our needs too, they are also 6 euros each. All in all a very nice place to base yourself.

“très pratique pour de cours séjours”

très bien situé à quelques minutes de la part dieu et du métro il vous permet d'avoir accès facilement au centre de Lyon et aux différends centres d'intérets de la ville. D'autre part l'acceuil est irréprochable, le personnel est très sympathique et soucieu de votre confort. Le seul regret est que cela manque un peu de cachet.

“Average Hotel”

This hotel was a good base to see lyon being close to the main train station, and the metro. The room was basic but with a well equiped kitchen and there was a mini mart just across from the hotel. The hotel was quiet and secure.
