Overall good but floors are made of wood and you can easily hear large people tramping down the floors. Other than that the rooms are spacious and fairly quiet. The location is excellent...close to I5, restaurants, Alderwood Mall, grocery and Total Wine.
The kitchen is good, the refrig large and microwave and two burner stove all you need. The price per day is one
of the best in Seattle area. The room was very clean when we moved in but in the four days we were there it
was not cleaned. Apparently this is normal.
When you check in ask for the kitchen supplies (you will be given a choice of items at the checkin desk).
The Courtyard was a good option since it is between Seattle and Everett. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were nice for the kids. The complimentary breakfast with Startbucks coffee was wonderful.
This is not "luxury", and the area isn't enticing, but it is quiet, clean and comfortable. I arrived late at night and the receptionist was extremely helpful. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
I needed to be in that area and the price was far lower than anything else I could find.
I would not hesitate to stay again.

I reserved this hotel because all the hotels in downtown Seattle area were too expensive so I got two nice comfortable rooms for us and kids separately at this hotel instead. Actually it worked out perfectly, driving to Seattle was quick and if you are planning to do the Boeing Factory Tour, it is 10 min away. Lynnwood is quiet and cleaner than downtown so after all the activities, we could come home to this nice quiet hotel which has Whole Food, drugstore, Fast foods in walking distance; there is a big nice mall in 3 min drive too. Parking is free and easy, I would stay at this hotel again when we go back to Seattle!
Decent hotel, in the process of remodeling while we were there. It didn't really impact our stay but you could tell things were a bit outdated. For a family of five, the accommodations were good and the breakfast in the morning was unbeatable.
Located in Seattle’s northern suburbs, the city of Lynnwood is about 25 minutes by car from downtown Seattle. Although best known as a bedroom community, Lynnwood is home to one of the Seattle area’s better shopping centers, the upscale Alderwood. Nearby, Boeing dominates the city of Everett. Marysville, about 30 minutes north of Lynnwood, has a large casino and outlet mall complex.
