It's nice hotel, I would recommend it to everyone. I stayed there while visiting Seattle. Easy access to the freeway and other convinient places. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was greasy on the weekdays, but ok on Saturday
this hotel was booked as it was a "reasonable" price, compared to downtown Seattle, and didn't look too bad from the other reviews. We had booked a room with 2 beds as we were 3 adults, however upon arrival at 3:30pm were advised all 2 bed rooms had gone. Luckily we were provided with 2 rooms instead for our 2 night stay, so that was a good save on their part. These rooms have kitchens, but all dishes and cutlery had to be requested, which you only get enough of for 2 people...remember we were a party of 3!? Continental breakfast was included, however the first morning we realized it was terrible, apples, granola bars and coffee! yeah! The second morning, there were only apples and coffee! Yeah! the front desk blamed the oversite on the manager not ordering the granola bars!! Seriously? run to Wal-Mart? That was very disappointing for sure! No offer of a discount or anything. We were glad we were on the top floor as these rooms have a lot of solid flooring (hard lino) and it seemed quite loud when walking on it, if you were on any other floor I am sure you would hear the guests above. The proximity to the highway to get into Seattle was excellent, the beds comfortable, however they need to fix the automatic door closers, they make the doors slam, so if you are a light sleeper get some ear plugs if you don't want to listen to those early guests leaving their room!
The hotel was a bit difficult to find, especially since it changed it's name from Days Inn to King Suites and is hard to see from the street, but the location was worth it. It is about 12 minutes away from the Boeing Company for the tour and a great point to take off to Vancouver or Leavenworth out West for a day.
My husband and I were there for four nights. It was clean and employees were friendly. Nice breakfast. Only issue was you could hear every step the person above us took. The floor was squeaky and walls are not very sound proof.
Located in Seattle’s northern suburbs, the city of Lynnwood is about 25 minutes by car from downtown Seattle. Although best known as a bedroom community, Lynnwood is home to one of the Seattle area’s better shopping centers, the upscale Alderwood. Nearby, Boeing dominates the city of Everett. Marysville, about 30 minutes north of Lynnwood, has a large casino and outlet mall complex.
