“Not impressed”

This hotel was horrible!! I believe it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! It was very dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The bed was very hard and there were bed bugs. It was really nasty! I am never staying here again!

“Bad stay”

Purchased through Expedia, the clerk wanted to charge us $6 more because we had a 3rd party with us, but when I looked at my Expedia confirmation we had the 3rd person clearly listed, so she waived the fee. We checked in about 4pm, thinking we would get a good room. BUT, Was given the room next to the cleaning room where we heard the dryers go on and off all parts of the eve and night. Ice machine noise was horrible. One of the double beds was totally sunken in the middle. Bathroom was horribly dirty, which I thought was stains but it washed off. No soaps provided.

“Don't even think about this one!”

It was difficult checking in since we paid on line and the clerk did not understand that the site pays them directly, so our info does not match. The cleanliness was the absolute worst. We had a king size no smoking room. The sheets were too small for the bed and would not stay on and they were thread bare as well as food particles in the bed as we got into it. There was a used condom and wrapper on the side of the bed, the towels were stiff and thread bare as well as moth ridden. I felt dirty and could not wait to get out and go to my kids dorms at college to shower. I was afraid to sit on the chair due to I might leave with something more than I came with. In the morning there were very loud and disgruntle employees fighting outside our door and it continued for sometime. The whole experience was gross and I will never again stay at a econo style hotel. Not worth the peace of mind or the health standards. I was asked upon checking out, how were things? I told the young lady what I have said here and she said well you should probably contact the General manager. I said why bother since they were paged when I was checking in and they did not know how to handle it. They never called back.

“Disgusting!”

Do not stay here! It is the most disgusting place I have every stayed! It had cobwebs all over the walls and curtains, crumbs on the floor, hair in the bathroom floor. In the elevator...scratched is "BED BUGS".

“DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL”

Terrible. Filthy, unkept, sheets not changed from previous customer. Do I need to say anything more!?! I cannot recommend this motel to anyone and ask that Expedia remove this from it's listing of motels in Lynchburg.

“Already booked different accomodations for our next visit to Lynchburg in June”

The room was relatively clean, but the bed was sagging on one side and sheets were thread bare. The continental breakfast was not adequately supplied meaning that there was no coffee at 8 AM, little or no choice. No one was there to replace the items. I had to go to the desk to ask for coffee. That person was in the back room and I had to ring the bell and wait. The guy came out in an old shirt, towels were all over the floor in the room off of the lobby where he came from. He went to get the coffee refilled - no apology, be right back, etc. - never washed hands. It was REALLY bad! I am appalled at the poor quality of service! and poor condition of the facility.

“Upgrading needed”

Our room was on the first floor which made it kind of noisy from roooms up above. The bathroom stunk. It smell like locker room at sports arena. The bedspread had holes in it. They need to upgrade everything. Breakfast was poor also.
