“Highly recommended”
I knew my stay would be too short the minute I stepped into the lobby. From the warm fireplace and beautiful Christmas tree to the awesome chandelier, the place was spotless and I felt welcomed. Nice side bar and restaurant were a great addition.That's what I consider hospitality! Check-in was smooth with a very professional young man. Rooms reflected the same care and and style and is the only hotel where my allergies didn't flare up! Bed was a little too firm firm me even at lowest setting. Or maybe I didn't know how to adjust it properly. Yes it was adjustable!:)

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Lynchburg.
“nice hotel”
It was a super hotel stay. We'll stay there every time we go to Lynchburg. It was quiet and we had a great night's rest. The staff made sure we got the room we requested.. away from the elevator and the train !!! thank you for a wonderful visit.

Aside from this hotel being overpriced, having a dinky gym and the sheets repeatedly coming off the bed during the night,it was a pleasant experience and I would consider it again.

When I realized the day after I checked out that I'd failed to get some personal items from the drawers, the Housekeeper kindly went and brought them to me. What can I say? They were so helpful and thoughtful.
“One Over night stay”
The breakfast buffet was nice and it was replenished as needed. Near by restaurants were few in number, but thank God for GPS. The location was great for me and our family business, but it is in an industrial area and may not be greatest location for a light sleeper.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was ready before the check-in time, allowing us a chance to rest up before we met up with our granddaughter who was starting her sophomore year at Liberty.

“Best business center ever!”
Business center is fully stocked - down to paper clips, envelopes, and file folder! Fastest computer in a business center I've ever had, and I travel for business a lot. Excellent location, clean room. Will only stay here from now on in Lynchburg.
“Perfect”
My family and I stayed for two days, and enjoyed ourselves very much. Service, room, location, and lobby were top notch. I plan to stay each time I'm in town.
