Days Inn at River Ridge Mall

“Great stopover spot”

Spent 1 night while on a road trip. Close to food and shopping and the highway. Real breakfast was included - bacon, eggs, pancakes, not the usual stale muffin/bagle.

“Good place for the money!”

I was a little nervous based on other reviews. I had a two week stay in Lynchburg. I booked the hotel for one week so I wasn't stuck there if it was miserable. I booked the second week there as well. Room was clean and so was the pool.

“Very Nice”

This hotel was very nice and the service was great.

“Basic clean and safe hotel”

This was what I would call a basic, clean hotel. They were friendly and polite at all times. Breakfast was included in the price. I was given vouchers for each day I was there with 4 different choices of hot and cold breakfast, or a certain amount off anything else on the menu. I felt perfectly safe here and it is in a good neighborhood, just across from a mall. Plenty of eating places nearby to choose from for lunch and dinner.

“Nice hotel”

Nice place for short stay, the room is very comfortable and clean. Service was not as good as expected, but tolerable.

“Lots of conviences nearby!”

This Days Inn is right off the exit ramp for easy access. Harder to get in and out of while accessing nearby shops/restaurants due to one way street, had to turn into the mall lot across street to be able to come back. Tons of stores and restaurants nearby. Nice enough pool, heated. No fitness room, but access to Gold's Gym just a few mins away for $5. Breakfast was free, but from a selected menu at the attached restaurant/diner. Only 4 choices, no beverage. Business center in office area by restaurant w/ 2 computers, no trouble having access when needed. Helpful staff when we needed directions for dinner. Liberty Univ is very nearby, River Ridge Mall is across the street, movies and bowling in sight. Great children's museum is nearby in Lynchburg. There was a separate sink area, plenty of towels, although they were rather skimpy. Frig and micro in room. Comfy beds and tons of pillows! Also had a small porch area (no chairs). We had a relaxing stay for our night.

“Priced in alignment with expectation”

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. You are not paying for a 4 star hotel. The room was clean and the maid service was perfect. I asked for extra towels and they didn't hesitate at proving me with extras. There is a small fridge and the internet service (free) was why I chose this hotel. The heating worked, and it was quiet. Surprisingly the bed was perfect. Not to hard not to soft. I always expect a rough nights sleep in a hotel. This was a definite plus as I stayed here for 7 days. I would definitely stay here again.

“Nice for the Price”

I was a little apprehensive to book this hotel due to the price. It is quite a bit less than most of the surrounding properties. But I was pleasantly surprised. It's not a 4 star hotel, but it is very nice for the price. Friendly front desk service, clean room, nice bathroom, fast free wi-fi internet in room, cold air conditioning, very good breakfast options. Room was nicely appointed, had a recliner, desk & chair, mini refrigerator and coffee pot. Cannot beat the value when you compare it to the other options available in Lynchburg. I will definitely stay with them again.

“Decent Hotel for price”

Reasonably priced hotel. A bit dated but clean and maintained. Free breakfast at Day Break restaurant is better than the continental at most hotels.

“Nice stop!”

The room was clean, staff was polite and very helpful! I was there only one night but my stay was pleasurable and I will definitely stay there again when I am in town.
