“Excellent Hotel”
A very modern hotel, everything is new and clean. Very comfortable rooms. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner, although it is a little expensive. The hotel is in the middle of a developing area so there is a lot of building work going on, new office blocks and hotels being constructed. The hotel is next to the J.F.Kennedy Boulevard and there are frequent buses into the main part of the city. The buses are very cheap and I would recommend this rather than driving in and trying to park.
“Get a back door!”
My only complaint is that the parking lot is located at the back of the hotel with no convenient entrance. You have to bring your bags up a hill and around the side of the hotel to the front door. Also, there is a lot of construction around the front entrance that limits getting in, but should be a temporary problem. Other than that, everything was very nice. The staff were very freindly and the bar and lobby are great. Rooms were clean and modern.
“Good business hotel”
Reception are very business-like - not that they are off-putting in any way but perhaps they could be more 'welcoming'. In the restaurant, the food is excellent, but I have sometimes had to wait a bit long for a waiter to come and take my order

Short bus ride from the center of the city. The service and staff went out of their way!
“The nicest hotel I have stayed in.”
This hotel was superb in all respects. In particular, I appreciated the first-rate comfort, service and Internet access. The hotel is situated outside the city centre, but is close to bus stops.
“Great hotel”
This is definitely a 4 star hotel and the price was excellent for this type property. Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean with nice bedding, the bathroom was modern and very clean. Parking is free as well. Will definitely stay at this property again when we return to Luxembourg.
“Luxembourg”
Beautiful hotel. Caters well to families and serves a great breakfast. Rooms were very nice and clean. The only complaint we had is that it was extremely hard to figure out how to get into the hotel. We had our car and finding the right road that took us into the parking lot was near impossible. But once we got there, we were very satisfied.
“Comfortable and convenient.”
The staff were very helpful and our room was spacious and well equipped. The only(minor) drawback was the 20 minute queue for check-out at midday on Sunday, when a charming young receptionist had to cope with guests and telephone calls singlehandedly.
“Hotel Novotel Luxembourg”
Malgré les travaux pour trouver l'hotel, Le personnel est acceuillant, à votre écoute (un lit pour enfant nous a été rapidement mis à disposition) la chambre impeccable peut-etre un reproche : pas d'ecran plat ou de VOD (alors que le Novotel Suite les propose) Hotel propre, désign Classique et moderne.
“Brand new Hotel in modern business district”
Fantastic modern hotel in business district of Kirchberg .. twenty minute walk into old town or five minute bus ride .. buses run every 10 minutes cost 1.50 euro for two hours .. close to Mudam museum of modern Art, Grand Theatre, European Parliament and Philamahonic Orchestra building .. plenty of parking available .. some surrounding building work still evident but should not effect your stay in any way .. room was extremely comfortable .. restaurant and bar area served good quality food at reasonable prices .. taxi from train station to hotel should cost around 18.00 euro .. we would stay here again ..
