“Excellent Service”
Novotel was well situated just a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming both at Reception and in the breakfast room. We judge a hotel by how quiet the rooms are and this one was excellent despite the hotel being full on the first night. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Luxembourg.
“Great hotel!”
This hotel was nice and clean. It was close to a train station and within walking distance of the city center and attractions. The staff was excellent. They were helpful and polite. Even willing to speak to us in english. The room accommodated our family of four, and in Europe that can be a problem sometimes. Their breakfast buffet was fantastic! A great selection, very tasty and a clean environment. I would stay there again if we go back to Luxembourg!
“Well run , clean and accessible”
Attractive, very clean, great food and easily accessible to everything a business person would want. As a tourist I wouwld havea preferred it to be nearer the center of town or what I found to be the center of town. However we were in no way dissatisfied. Loved Luxembourg. The people were so friendly and helpful. The hotel staff was knowledgable and accommodating. Trains ran on time (we took a side trip to Belgium) and were clean. I would use this hotel if I were on business but next time might venture to a more tourist like area hotel closer to sightseeing transportation. All in all,a wonderful experience. +
“Nice Hotel”
This is a nice modern hotel with a great breakfast. Coming from the Cayman Islands I could not initially get the room warm enough for my comfort. The staff then brought up a heater and additional blanket. Walking distance to the city centre.
“I will definitely go back....”
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food in hotel restaurant is excellent. Fresh, light and varied ...perfect for those who work and need good food in a comfortable ambience. The decor is modern, and relaxing.
“Chic and convenient”
The hotel is very new. The decor is minimalist and very modern. The room was large, airy and well equiped, except for the absence of a chest of drawers! There was a flat screen TV and an ultra modern bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with lots of fresh fruit, varieties of bread and pastry and hot dishes. There is a fitness room with several machines set in a bright and spacious setting.
“I highly recommend this hotel”
The hotel was a nice surprise. We had a great room with the most comfortable bed. The room was clean and everything was working well. I liked the modern decor. For people who bring a lot of gadgets with them, there were several easily available electrical outlets to use. Although the hotel is not located right in the city center, it only took us less than 15 minutes to walk to the sites. Make sure to eat breakfast there. Their buffet was delicious!
“TB situation près du centre ville”
Cet hôtel situé entre la vieille ville et les deux centre villes permet de faire les visites à pied. Nous avons trouvé à nous garer dans la rue parallèle à celle de l'hôtel sans parc mètre. L'hôtel est moderne et très confortable, la salle de bains très moderne. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié... il y en avait pour tous les goûts
“très satisfaisant”
Hotel proche centre ville. Très propre et calme. Parking privé à régler en plus de la chambre si vous disposez d'un véhicule (20 euros par jour)
“Excellent Quality and Service”
Second time we have stayed whilst visiting family and both the hotel and staff are excellent. Room, decor and breakfast were all of a high standard and we would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet but central area of Luxembourg and only a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants in the centre.
