Sorry You were not satisfied with us. You wanted an late check out - because of corona - we have to clean the rooms with much more time, we couldn't grant it. The cleaning staff has to finish its work till 3 pm. Checkout: You told me, You have payed with paypal. You did not pay with paypal. We do not work with paypal. Then You told me, You have paid in advanced with credit card. We both found out, You did not pay in advance. May be, You find I am a robot. My job is to get Your payment and You did everthing to make this very difficult. Please understand a check out, that takes 32 minutes, because of wrong information by a customer, makes even a robot very unhappy an would have been there other customers to pay, they would no be very happy to wait 32 minutes. In spite of this, i wish You a very good time.

Nice and clean, comfortable hotel.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Short walk from the train station and rental car place. Lovely little town. Good breakfast included.

Ok for small town, if you stay only for a one day is ok, not AC, smell weird, breakfast good. The people is this town are very nice and they help you a lot.

Quirky
Certainly a talking point - very leftfield/arty not the most modern of hotels but I loved the quirks, certainly great value for money although the bed was very small. I'm intrigued to see how the other rooms are decorated apparently each room has a theme.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Die Einzelzimmer sind nicht sehr groß aber praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstücksangebot war eher schlicht aber ausreichend. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.

Ein top Hotel mit anständigen Zimmern. Klasse eingerichtet im Bergbaustil, coole Fotos und typische Accessoires. Bett war bequem und alles war sauber. Empfehlenswert

Top Hotel mit guter Lage und super Frühstück
Wie immer sehr freundlicher Inhaber und ausserordentlich freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist auch zu Corona-Zeiten astrein,sehr gute Wurst und Käseplatte,Brötchen usw.daran können sich andere Hotels ne Scheibe von abschneiden! Ich werde immer wieder kommen.

Teuer aber ich komme wieder.
Interesantes Ambiente Im Hotel viele Dekos meist mit schonen Bildern.Gut geschlafen auf sehr guten Matratzen.Super Frühstück. Kotenlos Parken.

Nice location - nice hotel but check-out procedure too German. "You can't paid before 7 am" - "it's written on the bill board", etc. But still - I'll return within fee weeks

Empfehlenswertes Hotel, besser als 3 Sterne.
Leckeres Frühstück (außergewöhnlich gut für 3 Sterne Hotels),Tipp: Omas selbstgemachten Schwartenmagen probieren... Lunchpaket darf man sich beim Frühstück mitnehmen, sehr gut! Zimmer sauber, Einzelbetten sind auf Rollen, renovierte Zimmer, kostenloses WLAN mit 24h Stunden code im Zimmer, nettes hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal, komme gerne wieder. Kein Wellnessangebot. Wer dies nicht braucht mag das Hotel und das ausgezeichnete Frühstück.

Eenvoudig doorgangshotel in de buurt van Dortmund
Het City Partner Stadthotel Lünen is een eenvoudig en degelijk hotel in een wat ouder gebouw. Het comfort is dan ook minder eigentijds wat betreft de kamergrootte, de lift (zeer klein en benauwd) en de entourage. In het hotel wordt 's morgens tot 11 uur een eenvoudig ontbijt geserveerd. Voor de warme maaltijd bent u aangewezen op de restaurants in de directe nabijheid. Parkeermogelijkheid pal naast het hotel met een 'Parkschein' waarvoor een pandprijs moet worden betaald die bij vertrek wordt verrekend. Het hotel is goed per auto te bereiken. Wie geen hoge eisen stelt aan comfort kan in het hotel goed overnachten tegen een billijke prijs.
