I liked the property in the place but it was a bit bland and on the site I asked for a Whirlpool and didn't get one but all in all it was a nice place to stay I liked it and so did my woman we will be coming back!

We had a clean and neat room each night (stayed two nights) The pillows were really great! The cookies in the late afternoon is a very nice touch!

Power went out at 11:00, no one had a clue what to do onsite, swithched to another room hours later, no heat, and no refund or apologies. Total lack of safety for the people onsite, we had to call the non emergency police to get the power company involved. The person at the desk didn't even know the address of the property.

I have never paid for a hotel room where I didn't want to sleep in the bed. We walked in to stains on the carpet immediately as you open the door. As you progressed further into the room - there is a HUGE stain by the desk. After seeing the carpet, I knew I wasn't crawling between the sheets. The furnace did not keep the room warm - I kept getting up and cranking it up - by morning it was at 78 and I was still cold. I couldn't tell what the area around the property was like - it was dark when we got there and we were up at the crack of dawn to leave. I wasn't staying a minute longer than necessary. The rooms were nothing like the pictures online.........BEWARE - I took a picture but apparently you can't post it here.

I was a little bummed at the breakfast options, there was nothing hot like eggs, sausage waffles like at most of the hotels we stay at. Great location though and we loved our hot tub room, nice layout and very cozy.

My only objection was that I did not ask for a 1st floor room when I made the reservation. My wife and I both 83 and using the stairs was some what difficult but we managed. We definitely would return.

First off, they double charged us because their system had a glitch. The desk person was very nice, but their reservation system was buggy. We waited for half an hour but they couldn’t resolve the issue even with help from Expedia support person who called the office immediately to tell them what to do. The decoration in the room itself was kind of OK, but it was very dated. The carpets were so dirty I hesitated to walk on it without shoes. The beds we very uncomfortable, and went too far down even with a 160 lbs person. They were supposed to provide breakfast, but it was choice of a small plastic wrapped muffin or an apple. Overall, I think they were overpriced and not worthy of a stay.

We got to the hotel early on Friday and wasn't sure if we could check in. Crystal{ I think that was her name} went above and beyond to make sure we could have an early check in. All of the staff there was very nice and helpful when needed. I'll be back next spring for sure.

The room was dusty and not cleaned very well plastic wrappers between the frig and table. The bathroom shower had hair in it and the toilet had hair on the seat. The toilet was also dirty as if someone threw up and cleaned it poorly.
