The staff was excellent and extremely courteous. The property is beautiful and the main pool is like no other. The room seemed recently refurbished and had a nice new feel to it, however, the furniture seemed like the same previous furniture. Food was great and the buffet had good variety. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Some of the staff in certain areas of the resort were less than helpful. Others went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The pros outweigh the cons, but sadly, we won’t be back to this resort.

My stay was great after we were able to checkin to our room. We arrived for a family vacation to the resort around 12 pm and we were fully aware that check in was at 3pm and we were informed our room was not ready at time of arrival. We had lunch and enjoyed the property around until it was time dor check. 3pm came and we were informed room would not be ready for another hour at that point we asked to speak to a supervisor because we were told we would be informed through email and that was not the case. We found out by going to the receptionist and asking. At that point we asked to speak to a supervisor and automatically the receptionist at the front desk found an available unit for us without an issue. This goes to show that if you dont ask for higher ups they sucker you to believe that you have to wait but the minute you ask for supervisor they make accomodations. Other than that my stay was great. My family and i enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing. Food was great i will go back in the future again

This was a great family spot. If you are looking to mostly stay at the resort and make use of all the amenities this is a great place. The kids activities are exceptional. It’s pretty far out from other busy areas of Jamaica but a few minutes from Dolphin Cove which was lots of fun swimming with the dolphins. Negril is about a 45min drive.

Arrived 4-19 and we had an absolutely amazing stay. This is our 2nd time staying here and we already can’t wait to return. The staff here are so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend bringing cash before hand as the ATMs ran out of cash. Catamaran to 7mile beach, Negril and Ricks cafe is a must ! You can book at the hotel on the ground level by the store.

Didn’t like the fact that you gave us an expired coupon book to use. Didn’t like the Zentropia Spa, lying to us that you can go into the pool after my niece got her whole head braided, as the products that they used called “ Control Edge” burnt her eyes causing swelling and redness, thus ending her vacation by staying in bed the rest of the day of only 4 days from Toronto, Canada on a bad note. She ended with suffering epilepsy absent seizures. Luckily, we rinsed out her burning eyes and gave her extra seizure medication. This cost $116.00 USD.

Check in was welcoming and simple. Our room was run down and we requested a move the follwoing day, which worked out well. Kids club was doing by reservation only, 3hr blocks, and we were not imformed about this. That lead to massive disappointment for my girls. They switched back to first come first serve on our 4th day. So be fore warned, inquire with the kids club directly what policy they will be following during your stay, and asap if your kids are set on attending. All staff were kind and hard working. The property is large with a ton of stairs and only 2 old elevators at the back end of each lobby, not really usable. Calling for shuttle takes about 10 to 15 minutes and they are not freely around like other resorts we have visitied. Al a cartes were all tasty, made to order food in buffets were good. Food was plentiful, and replenished. Negril is the best buffet. Mojito cart outisde of the italian a la carte was wonderful! Dont have to worry about getting sick or bugs at thsi resort. The ocean is beautiful, pool is lively, and our premium experinece was excellent. Owen at the italian was the best service we encoutnered the whole trip! Overall it was a great family vacation. Solid 4 star resort and bang on for its price point

GREAT resort for families. My husband and I loved the fact that they had child care services during the day between the hours of 9am and 5pm with a break from 12-2pm where you need to have your kids (ages 1 and above). Afterwards you have the options of nannies services. It was the perfect balance for us so we had our adult time and family time. They downside was the food. Were foodies and the quantity wasn't good. The coffee shop amazing though. Concierge service was good, we reserved a cabana one afternoon with waitress services. Actually wouldn't mind too much coming back.

The overall trip was good, but the cleanliness of my room was not up to standards. We did not get clean face towels on the three nights we stayed. The floor in the bathroom was not swept or mopped during our stay. Refilling the mini bar was supposed to be done nightly but it was refilled once. The mirrors were never wiped and we decided to not use the jet tub because it was never properly cleaned. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Some of the staff were very nice but others seemed that they were at the wrong job. We had a great time but there is a lot of opportunity at the resort to make it a great place to stay. I want to suggest that the resort place a questionnaire on your checkin if you would like to explore club membership or vacation packages with bonuses. This will help the guest in enjoying their vacation instead of being harassed about attending a session just to get a couple of discounts.

Food was terrible and out of stock in most restaurants. We were misguided on the excursion we booked from property at overly charged price. Property checkin process was quite laidback and took around 3 hours to get room key. I have booked couple of vacations through Expedia but this was not a right decision. The staff and bar tenders were great. But the beach is rocky with sharp rocks on most of the beach. The Steak restaurant was good. Indian restaurant was great and the others were marginal with the seafood being awful. The Friday night show was a Bob Marlee tribute and they were really good. The beds were comfortable, but the minibar stocking service was not very responsive. The security box never worked despite several calls. Finally, there is a lot of walking! Big spread out property. No elevators either and there are 3 floors for the rooms. I saw only 1 swim up bar but didn't really want to use the pools since there were lots of kids in the pools.
