Stay was spoilt by the fact that despite booking two rooms on Hotels.com and showing a copy of the booking the hotel insisted there was only one room booked. The reception eventually agreed to the second room and the guests had to pay rather than using the card the hotel was reserved with. The Hotel was fine but the check-in admin was disappointing.

Review Title
We were travelling through on our way from Nice to Avingnon and wanted to see the lavendar fields. This was a nice out of the way country hotel that was close enough to some of the other cities. We arrived and were greeted by a hostess who only spoke French but was very willing to try and communicate with us. Because we had been driving most of the day we weren't in the mood to go elsewhere for dinner. While the staff was very friendly and hospitable the food wasn't anything to write home about. There were only two other tables there that night and I didn't expect a gourmet meal. Overall the hotel was very nicely laid out and had a beautiful little garden outside.

Pleasant and quiet hotel in La Tour d'Aigues
This hotel is in a small town on the southern side of the Luberon; it is very convenient for visiting many provencal attraction and is sufficiently out of the way to allow for a quiet stay. For the price, rooms were very nice; the staff was very attentive. The hotel has a nice pool and garden.
