“I felt like an invited guest, not a paying client.”

When we got to our room, our expectations were so exceeded! Not only was the room very nicely furnished, clean and a comfortable temp, but there was a handwritten, personalized note waiting for us on the table with a bag of goodies! We felt more like invited guests in someone's home than paying clients. I would definitely recommend Homewood Suites and will return the next time my husband and I need a night away from the baby.

“Fantastic service at family/business hotel”

The staff at Homewood Suites in Lubbock, TX, were amazing. We requested extra towels, and they not only happily brought the towels, but they also brought us a beautiful complimentary coffee mug and holiday spiced tea. When we extended our stay (my mother was in the hospital), they gave us a rate even less than the great price we had gotten on Expedia! And the free dinners offered M-Th helped us save even more money (nothing fancy, just tasty, down-home food). If ever in Lubbock again, we would definitely stay there.
