Clean! But bring your own pillows.
Very clean hotel! Room and bathroom clean as well. I recommend bringing your own pillows as the pillows were so thin my neck hurt. I had to get a pillow out of the car just to sleep. Also, the walls are so thin that we heard someone coughing all night long. Good for a one night stay.

This hotel is in a small Texas town, my expectations weren't high but its quaint, quiet, and the best chain hotel in the town and the staff was friendly and polite. However, the bathroom could have been cleaned better, especially the toilet (lift the seat and clean), sink, and bathtub. Also, there were 2 remotes for the TV one, didnt have batteries. Thin walls, I heard the next guest snoring.

The beds were great. That ac unit needs some service. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm and stuffy.

Quality pet friendly accommodation.
Nice well maintained property decent breakfast. Pet friendly without extortionate charge which was a major plus. Not the cheapest hotel (probably a good thing) in the area but would stay again.

My Hometown
Love going back home. Sorry not a vacay I go back every year to clean my parents grave. Wish it was under better circumstances. Thank you all to making our stay as comfortable as can be. Everything was a 10. Food was immaculate wish hotels here in Denver, Colorado would be the same. But, here you have to pay alot of money to get an immaculate room. Thanks alot!!! Hope to see you next year. Always a pleasure to go back to my hometown!!! Would be nice to give my cousin Jerry Hernandez and wife a gift certificate so, they can have a nice night of relaxation.

Nice clean rooms and common areas. Pool area was invaded by winged ants (harmless to humans) one evening and they had been completely swept away the next morning. I only wish some people would show some respect. Someone had thrown their bottle tops in the gravel of one of the outdoor sitting areas and someone threw trash from their car on the parking lot. Motel employees shouldn't have to put up with that.

We really liked this Best Western. The room was a nice size, staff were friendly and helpful. We even found a Thai restaurant close by that was recommended by our host.

We stayed on 12-29-2022 in room 222. When checking in the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. Did not smile during the whole transaction. Once in our room I noticed a used bar of soap in the shower with the box. This tells me the shower was not cleaned. When washing my hands in the sink I noticed toothpaste and a large amount of spit from the previous person brushing their teeth. Indicating that the sink was not cleaned. The light fixture above the sink was replaced and the wall was never touched up with paint showing where the old fixture used to be. When folding the sheets back I noticed a long dark strand of hair under the sheet. It was very noticeable. We were not pleased with our stay to say the least.

Good stay
The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing! The only issue we had was the noise from other guests slamming doors and the squeaky elevator doors on the second floor. These issues were not all that annoying as we had a fan in the room. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!
