Overall, it's a very good hotel, but ... When you enter the property, you will be greeted with a big poster with all kinds of warnings about COVID, keeping distance etc. The lady at the front desk was coughing really bad into her hand. She took my driver's license and the credit card and issued the room key, all without using hand sanitizer or anything. Could you please read your own poster about all the things you're asking your guests to follow? The remarks about the pool are also correct, please drain it for the season. Not only the view will be less horrific, but this will save your pool too. The rest was good: spacious clean room, good parking, close to everything, nice hotel manager (the other one, not the lady at the front desk). The setup with the microwave and the second sink was almost like a kitchenette.

The property is a bit run down. The pools are brown and gross. Room is not the cleanest but I’m just staying one night - passing through. So, the price was right. Staff was efficient and nice.

Very outdated doesnt smell very clean poor cleaning.. loud noises in hallway doors slamming throuout the night, mounting hardware for there products are falling off the walls.. there king suite is a handicap room, breakfast no good and i couldnt get a refund for the second night so i stayed 2 nights.

I would never stay there again , if I have to i will sleep in car next time before that hotel , woke up to get breakfast nothing was filled up all the food was gone our hotel door was broken it almost didn’t shut come to find out the sheets didn’t look like there were washed . and my in laws stayed there and i didn’t realize at the last moment they said last time they had bugs there not a good hotel .

Our stay was very delightful! Our flight arrived early and Patel was very welcoming by letting us check in early so we could get ready for the Tech game. Our room was nice, and very comfortable. There were roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. The room was really run down. We had a kitchenette. None of the exercise equipment worked. The breakfast was good, though.

No lo recomiendo, mala higiene!
Solamente me hospedé para pasar la noche. Viajo con una mascota de servicio emocional donde tengo todos los documentos que lo acreditan. Siempre que viajo leo la letra chiquita para ver como funciona el establecimiento respecto a ese tema. El check in la persona que nos recibe quiere cobrar 15 dolares la noche porque la politica del hotel no considera que los acompañante terapéutico son perros de servicio. Revisando la.politica del portal de hoteles.com en el apartado de la letra chica no especifica. Limpieza: nos hospedan en un cuarto para perros, estoy de acuerdo que tiene que ser así, pero jamás, jamás entre a un cuarto de un hotel con tanto olor a perro y con tan mala higiene, el olor en la habitacion es muy fuerte, no siquiera limpiaron con productos desinfectante. Para terminar, mi esposa va a utilizar el baño y el escusado estaba tapado, reclamamos y la solución que nos daban era esperar hasta el dia siguiente para que un personal de mantenimiento lo destapara. La solución por parte del hotel es tener el baño sucio hasta el dia siguiente. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de cuarto y no aceptaron, le pedimos una bomba y con eso nosotros pudimos resolver el problema. Ahora me toca ir hablar con el supervisor de turno para resolver lo de mi acompañante terapéutico y la mala higiene del cuarto. Una lastima!

BED BUGS!!! In town for Tech’s graduation & needed somewhere just for the night. Options were slim, being the whole town under $400/night was sold out. It was also across the street from the arena so we went with it. As soon as we pulled up we started second guessing our decision. Room & furniture were pretty run down (torn desk chair, huge indent in mattress). Get to bed & I felt like something was biting my neck & shoulder but didn’t see anything when I checked. Finally I use my phone like to inspect even closer & I saw a tiny bug under my pillow by the headboard & a bigger one one the wall. I wake my brother in the other bed & he checks his only to find 4 or 5 crawling around, then my mom sees a big one crawling on the back of my shirt!! We had even Lysoled the sheets & pillows before laying down. Showed the front desk clerk the video of the bugs crawling & demanded a refund & left. Freaking disgusting.

The reason we book this hotel is because it close to downtown. However, it is misleading for the fact that in my opinion this is not hotel instead of Motel. It is the same category with Motel 6 and 8. The hotel is old, smelly, bathroom is old. We would not stay here again unless nothing left around here.
