"Excellent hotel walking distance to old Quebec."
Check in was a breeze the staff spoke perfect English explained their polices and handed out bottled water and fruit. They had staff available to help you with your luggage but didn't push the services on you. The room was very large and was tastefully decorated. I was surprised to have a fridge, coffee maker, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. The room was well stocked with toiletries and towels. Check out as fast and they have a great storage for luggage if you have to check out before your flight time. Overall I would say this is an excellent place to stay while visiting Quebec city.

"No Chateau, but 'royal' indeed"
We went during Labour Day weekend and got the room for a very fair price (less than $200 for 2 Double Beds) for such a luxuriant stay: everything was top-notch and clean. They even had a small library with coffee vending machines in case you used up the K-cups provided in the room. The hotel's concierge, as well as the servers at the restaurant, were most gracious. Although we had prepared for embarrassing attempts at French, no such opportunity presented itself.

"lovely hotel with super staff and very good ethos"
We enjoyed staying here. It is in St Roch lower town. It takes about 30 mins to walk into the old town of Quebec. The local cafes and restaurants are very good (especially cafe babelone recommended by hotel staff).Easy to access from Route 20.Parking is nearby but you can unload outside. We had a deluxe room but standard rooms also very nice. Excellent eggs for breakfast.

"Great Aparthotel"
This is a great place if you are not looking for hotel service ie. this is a aparthotel so there is no maid service. I was with a friend and this place was perfect for us - it had a great power shower and a working kitchen. The furniture feels like IKEA style, but it is clean and tidy. I was very happy with this place and would recommend to others. Great location too!
