I had a very small single room but that is exactly what I needed. The staff was lovely, very supportive when I became ill during my trip. Room service was perfect. This is exactly what I needed. Close to metro and Big Bus stops. Would love to return if I ever have the chance.

This is a small hotel and it is centrally located. The rooms were in beautiful shape with updated bathrooms and veryFrench bedrooms. I mean they had high ceilings and Napoleon artifact, there was a table and a chair and another table with two chairs. The staff was there to help you at any moments time. There was a Japanese woman. I think her name was Rai I lost the card. She was exceptional and guiding us how to travel and she got us a room that we needed for an extra day with the balcony that was just absolutely lovely as I said the staff took wonderful care of us. I like the fact that they take your key for extra protection, the elevator was wide and worked quickly. The rooms were super quiet did not eat there because I was traveling early in the morning but the surrounding hotels are very good for dinner as they did not offer dinner just breakfast they recommended lovely places for us to go eat , thank you so much. I can’t wait to go back. I know won’t be too soon but I will be sure to recommend people there. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness and welcoming for a lovely Christmas holiday there and your lovely Christmas balls with chocolate as gifts.

Elegant Hotel in Center of Paris
Beautiful, classic Parisian style hotel in the center of Paris, steps from the Rue de Rivoli and the Rue Saint-Honore. Location is unbeatable, and price reflects that. I had the single room, which was small but comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by how large the washroom was, in comparison to the room size. It was very comfortable. Had all the amenities, and when I needed slippers and toothpaste I just asked the front desk and they were happy to provide. A bottle of filtered water is provided by housekeeping every day, but can always get more at the front desk. Hotel felt clean, rooms were well furnished, and front desk staff were friendly. You had to drop your key off at the front desk before you leave each day, and on my return the staff usually remembered what room number I had. Did not try the breakfast as there are cafes and shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

a 2 Star Hotel at best. The room was very old and we had a loud buzzing noise from either the air conditioning system in the building or something next-door that kept this up all night and the staff did not do anything about it and they have a very nonchalant and as a matter fact about it. In other words they did not do a hoot about the disturbance in the room. The room itself was very old the bed was old. I understand the building can be very old but the inside of the hotel can be remodeled. however the bathroom was remodeled and the area is very close to LOUVRE Museum. Another attractions.

Perfect hotel in a lovely location
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Slightly dated, but is well cared for. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. My children were obsessed with the oversized bathroom and tub. AC didn't work well, but we were so busy siteseeing that it didn't bother us much. Location was amazing. Within walking distance to almost everything and just far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings without street noise.

My partner and I loved our time at hotel Mayfair. It was very conveniently located near Concorde so we just walked everywhere and could easily see how to get back. We loved the size of our room and bathroom. The shower gels and soaps smelled so nice. The staff were very friendly and it was no problem at all leaving the key at reception. One day we came back at midnight after visiting the Eiffel Tower and the door wes closed but we realised we needed to just buzz and say hello and they let us in. Only downsides were getting scratched by the cover on the toilet paper (it’s pretty close to the seat!) and the shower not draining fast enough and a pool of water forming.

I was so excited to see the large balcony that opened up to the street below. Our room was large. It was very nice. The beds were comfortable.The bathroom was large. Ronnie who wears many hats at the Mayfair was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast looked wonderful We had to run out the door for the two mornings we were there and had to miss it. It was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is very nice and classic. We were supposed to stay for one night but ended up changing our flight to stay in Paris for an extra night. The hotel was so nice and they even upgraded our room as we have already checked out but once we found out the airline was able to extended our stay, the hotel checked us back in with an upgraded room without charging us more than the original room rate. They made our experience that much better and we would definitely stay there again. Great location and only 10mins walk from the louvre and 5mins walk from the famous Angelinas Cafe.

Classic French Hotel with Charm and Warmth
Our stay was fantastic. The hotel was located in the perfect place for tourist activities. The desk staff were always available and very kind. Our room was small but adequate and kept very clean by the staff. We loved the bellman, especially Rony. We ate in the breakfast room everyday, although we had not paid for the breakfast package, because we loved the room and the waiter and the ham and cheese omelet!

Excellent find!
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mayfair! The location is outstanding: it's right across the street from the Jardin des Tuileries, making the Louvre and Musée d'Orsay just a quick 10 minutes away. There are a variety of restaurants close by (I enjoyed both Flottes and L'Imperial), and the Concorde metro stop is a short 5-min walk. The staff is also friendly and caring: I didn't feel well upon arrival, and they were a fantastic help. I can't recommend them enough and will absolutely be back myself. :)

The concierge could not arrange a courier to drop off my rental clothing. I had to go across the street to another hotel.otherwise nice staff

Decent stay in Central Paris
Great central and safe location, my room was pretty small (which is to be expected) of a large city hotel. For being a 4 start hotel I did expect them to refresh the water and there weren’t many amenities to speak of. One thing to note was that you need to leave your key with the front desk, which as a female solo traveler, made me feel slightly uncomfortable.

I love the location of the Mayfair Hotel. I could easily visit the museums and Tuillery gardens. I appreciated Reika, Ronny, and the rest of the staff. They are warm & welcoming. I look forward to returning!
