“Well situated and within walking distance to the sanctuaries”

We were very pleased to find out that the hotel was within proximity of the sanctuaries. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped with microwave, fridge so we were able to have our own teas and coffees. There are also some supermarkets around.

“plus résidence qu'hotel”

Résidence très bien et intéressante car elle permet aussi les courts séjours. C'est la deuxième fois que nous y séjournons et nous apprécions le rapport qualité prix. Un effort est à faire sur la qualité du nettoyage et un produit serait à fournir pour lelave vaisselle.

“Lourdes, recommended”

We drove to the hotel and there is ample secure free parking at the back of the hotel. Its totally central but set back about 100yds from the street, so no noise. Could not fault the location or price. Sofa bed in the room, which was fine as we were only there 2 nights. The hotel heating was on during our stay and we even opened the windows to cool down! The room was not cleaned after the first night, but that was not a problem. Excellent hotel for the money. The room even had a mini kitchen with fridge and microwave. Would use it again if we were in the area.

“Excellent stay”

We had an excellent stay at the hotel & I do not understand the negative comments. Extremely clean, comfortable, walking distance from the grotto & restaurants - couldn't have asked for a better location. On top of it all the receptionist was very helpful & polite& stayed on despite our flight being delayed due to the storm.

“accueil chaleureux”

Un bonus pour l'accueil très humain malgré le boum lié au pélerinage. Situation très bonne par rapport aux sanctuaires et facilité de parking- A souhaiter un coin restauration qui avec le sauna et le bain bouillonant donnerait encore plus l'envie de se reposer sans avoir à ressortir pour rechercher un restaurant si l'on ne veut pas cuisiner
