“Trés décu par le service et l'entretien de l'hotel.”

A la reservation j'ai demande a avoir un lit double et non-fumeur. A l'arriver avons eu une Chambre avec deux lits simple et fumeur. Il y avait une odeur nauseabonde qui venait de la salle de bain. J'ai demander a la reception d'envoyer quelqu'un pour resoudre le problem mais ce n'ai que le lendemain apres-midi que quelqu'un est venu,il a tout juste mis une solution dans la salle de bain mais l'odeur etait toujours la. Donc pendant 4 jours nous avons dormi avec une odeur de chat mort dans la chambre. Les Chambres ne sont pas aspirer quotidiennement apres 2 jours j'ai demander a 2 reprise qu'on viennent passer l'aspirateur dans ma chambre - la femme de chambre etait tres arrogante et ma repondue tres sechement. Le 2eme jours apres avoir tres mal dormi parceque je suis allergique a la poussierre et aux acariens et de plus avec l'odeur de chat mort j'ai du repartir a la reception et exiger que quelqu'un vienne aspirer la chambre immediatement... La receptioniste est venue elle meme passer l'aspirateur. Le dernier jour on a commander 2 boissons au bar de l'hotel et comme la tele ne fonctioner pas dans le lobby de l'hotel, on a decider de finir nos boissons dans notre chambre mais on a etaient reprimander comme des voleurs. Finalement le Barman nous a permis de finir nos boissons dans notre chambre mais a condition qu'on ramenent les verres au bar comme si on aller les voler!
