“tranquil”

This place offered the perfect location with scenic views of the mountains and it was in close proximity to the sanctuary. Staff were quite polite (apart from one, who wasn’t quite hospitable) and spoke English well. The room was perfect, very large inc a balcony with mountain views. We were pleased with our room was very clean and fresh (when we checked inn, the room offered to us was not as per our booking and once this was pointed out the not so hospitable receptionist settled with hesitance as per our request. She pointed out the room would be smaller but it turned out this room was much bigger than the original room given. The kitchenettes were nice to have to make your own tea / coffee (all cutlery and crockery is provided if requested). We found the pillows supplied weren’t adequate and the a/c wasn’t switched on. Since it was quite warm we requested the a/c to be turned on after a bit of reluctance they decided to switch it on just on the level we were staying on (apparently they had turned the a/c off for the entire hotel).Apart from this incident and initially getting a room which weren’t too thrilled about as it was not as per our booking (which was handled by a not so hospitable receptionist) the rest of our stay was very nice. We decided to try the dinner at the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. The three course meal was actually very nice and very good value for money especially when you combine breakfast as well as they offer a good rate. .

“Disappointing”

The actual appartment was fine, but we had no heating and it was really cold. We were staying for 4 nights and they only changed our room on the last night. The kitchen was under equipped and he telephone was not working. The staff were not very helpful The room was clean and near to all the sites
