Hotel très sympa, très proche des Sanctuaires. Personnel à disposition des clients, chambres très correctes. Restaurant bon et copieux. En réponse à une critique: il suffit d'être aimable avec le personnel et il vous le rend avec le sourire.

Hallway of hotel is too dark. I had to use my cell phone to shed some light to walk and to insert the door key to get into the hotel room. Besides, it is a clean hotel and very close to the grotto, service is nice.

There was no hairdryer in the bathroom and also no outlet if you wanted to use your own. Although I dont expect fresh towels every day, I would at least like to have a dirty towel with makeup stains replaced and not folded for use. It also was a very small room looked bigger in the picture. Would not go there again was very disappointed with the selection through expedia.

“Come to Lourdes but never stay at this hotel!”

The price of the hotel was quite good and the location was magnificent - very close to the Grotto. But there were a few downsides. The hotel was in a very run down condition. The hot water rarely worked, and if it did, it took about 10 minutes to heat up. I decided to leave a day early on the trip, but the hotel refused to refund the additional day I had booked. I stayed for 5 nights, so it wasn't as if they didn't make any money off me. But they made me pay for 6 nights. After a wonderful week in Lourdes, the experience at this hotel leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. It is obvious that this hotel is one of the worst in Lourdes. While I was in Lourdes, the town was packed with pilgrims from all over the world and almost every hotel was booked out. But this one wasn't. I wonder why! If you can find somewhere else to stay in Lourdes, stay there and don't come back to this hotel.

“Terrible Hotel”

The hotel itself is using power saving measures which means that when you arrive at your floor you have to find a switch to provide light, not at all welcoming. We arrived at the hotel room, to be met with a stale smell of human urine. Furthermore the room was in a poor state of repair. I tried to have the room changed but none of the staff spoke english, fortunately my wife who speaks different languages was able to change the room. The only difference was that the room did not smell so bad, the quality of everything was very poor. I have to say I cannot possibly say how it got it's 3 star rating. It was obvious that the hotel was not at all popular, as the associated restuarant never had customers whilst neightbouring restaurants were doing well. The hotel staff were unable to provide details of local train times or provide any information about the area. In the end we asked advice from another hotel.... So the advice is, choose another hotel

“Très déçue et contrariée”

un hôtel à ne pas recommander du tout, c'était du grand n'importe quoi jusqu'à se faire insulter par une des femmes de chambre qui a cru que nous ne parlions pas français... une horreur! Ma demande n'a pas été correctement assimilée par l'hôtel, vu que pour un couple, j'ai eu une chambre avec deux petits lits... La personne handicapée que nous accompagnions en fauteuil passait de justesse dans le couloir... Petit déjeuner immangeable (en + avant 9h !!), café surchauffé, pain pas frais... Les femmes de chambres rentrent sans frapper dans les chambres (deux jours sur trois) on se demande comment ils ont fait pour avoir leurs trois étoiles... et surtout comment expedia peut recommander cette adresse... je me méfierai + la prochaine fois.
