“Convenient and clean”
This hotel is convenient, clean, and safe. I arrived by train and immediately saw the hotel across the street. As I was taking the night train to Paris, I was able to store my luggage and use the hotel lobby until 8:30 when it was time to board the train. As a woman traveling solo, this hotel is great.

Great Hotel... 2 minutes walk from train station, friendly staff, clean rooms, walking distance to all local attractions... well worth it!!

exellent , excellent very warm, welcoming feeling especially to when we do not speak the language it was a great help , and i am emphasising on the night staff especially starting with the i am sure her name was lydia and her helpers were the BEST. we are hopeing to revisit again next year to the same hotel this will be our 3rd trip to that hotel and loation . to the manager of the hotel i suggest that he keep on LYDIA AND HER HELPERS THE NIGHT CREW ESPSECIALLY ************* the food was excellent , i have nothing bad to say about the hotel....... except to give our best to LYDIA she may remember us as we were the only asians at that hotel.... under the name of CHANDRA BLOK AND HER DAUGHTER......
“small room but great location”
Our double bed room was very small but we kind of expected that for the reasonable price we paid. But in return, the hotel is very beautiful, clean, and has a great view of the Pyrenee mountains. And the location works great for us because it's right across from the train station so we didn't have to lug our bags too far. It wasn't too far from the Grotto. In fact, I enjoyed the walk to the main part of town and the church very much. Overall, we were very happy with it.
“This may be the best deal in Lourdes!!!”
This hotel met all our needs! The staff was wonderful, the hotel immaculate and the dining was very good and reasonably priced. Yes it's across the street from the train station but, we were never bothered by noise. Also you can take the bus across the street directly to the Grotto area and thru the main town. The pool area is private and quiet, they have lovely outdoor dining areas. The rooms are very small but very clean and who stays in the room anyway. Besides the dining areas, and outdoor areas they also have a lovely "Living Room" in the lobby area. We would definitely stay there again.
“Great and very clean”
The hotel has very nice and clean room for a 3star category. Well situated close to the train station and 15minutes walk to sanctuary. Service was very good and staff very friendly.
“We're definitely coming back....”
Staff was very courteous. They speak English and that is a big plus. It's our first time to visit Lourdes and we had lots of question - problem is, we have a very limited knowledge of the French language. They were very helpful - both in providing directions and explaining items in the menu. We'll highly recommend them to friends who are going on pilgrimage.
“Very Good Experience”
We were in Lourdes during January, when hotel was quiet. Very nice accommodations, updated room and bath. Dining room:food and service was good. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Within walking distance of the Shrine. Also-the train station is across the street, so hotel is easy to get to if you come by train. I would definately recommend staying here if you go to Lourdes.
