“NIce hotel”

I used this hotel for my daughter's sleepover for her birthday. It was very clean and the breakfast that was offered was wonderful and above what I expected. The only down side to this stay was that the room was smaller than expected. I would recommended this hotel to my friends and family.

“Convenient and clean...”

Hotel was very clean and very convenient for getting around Louisville. The pillows were kind of hard but other than that a very pleasant stay.

“Great hotel close to everything”

Stayed at springhill suites louisville airport April 19-22. We had flown in So I could take a tour of world port as I am a UPS employee. We really enjoyed our stay and I was pleasantly suprised with the kindness of the staff cleanliness of hotel, continental breakfast and our room. Great location right next to the airport so If airplane noise bothers you might not like this location but we love airplanes so noise didn't bother us. Room was cozy bed was comfortable and really liked the walk in shower rather than a tub. Can't complain overall great hotel close to almost everything like the zoo and Churchill downs. If I ever return to Louisville this is where I will stay would highly recommend.

“Nice place to stay.”

Nice place to stay. Close to a bowling alley which was fun for the kids. The indoor pool temp was cold and could only accommodate a max. of 5 people at a time. Nice compl. breakfast.

“Noisy at times!”

Nice hotel. It seems like every hotel that you book with Expedia gives you the rooms nearest the expressway. As a result, the traffic noise at this place made it a little difficult to sleep. The airplane noise at 6:30AM was also not good. Other than the noise, it was a very nice hotel and I would probably stay there again.

“Just what I expected.”

Clean room with wonderful staff. The location was not terrible, but directions to the hotel were a bit off due to renaming of streets.

“A Good Deal”

We needed a place that was close to the airport and would provide shuttle service plus we wanted a place that was updated, clean, nicely appointed with some relaxing amenities and this place fit the bill and the price was very reasonable.

“Great place to stay minus the towels”

The hotel is reasonably priced and is close to many things. The continental breakfast was better than similar hotels and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the sheets are not soft and the towels are terrible.

“Convenient for our needs”

The Springhill Suites are conventiently located near the Crowne Plaza where our grandson was participating in a Leadership Conference. We found the staff helpful and friendly and the room met our needs. It was clean and offered a sitting area to relax.
