“Job Search”
Great stay. The staff was outstanding. Had a job interview that ran late, so they extended my checkout time not once, but three times. Would stay there again.
“Wonderful stay!”
We were happy with everyone/everything about the facility that we saw on our visit there. We stayed two separate nights and each time were pleased. The gentleman who picked us up from the airport was polite and helpful, as well as a good driver. The entrance to the facility was welcoming and beautiful. The room was in good condition. Our special needs were met. The continental breakfast was pleasingly displayed and well stocked. I guess the only thing I would have wanted was a tea bag in the room, but was able to get that from the breakfast area. Multiple restaurants within easy walking distance.
“Peaceful and Clean”
The Jameson Inn South was very nice. Our rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. Probably the only complaint was the speed of the internet service. I didn't bring my laptop, but the computer in the lobby was extremely slow. Definitely is not going to stop me from staying there next year! We loved it!
“Clean and comfortable”
I would book my stay in Kentucky next year based on the great experience I had this time. Location is close to attractions, shopping and dining.

“Would stay here again in a minute!”
My daughter left her cell phone in the room. The front desk called as soon as the employee cleaning our room discovered it. We were able to go back and get the phone - my daughter didn't even know she had left it until the hotel notified us. We also discovered the front desk clerk was from our hometown. Small, friendly, and dependable world experience!
“Pleasantly surprised.”
When booking our trip to Kentucky I used Expedia's offer of a 50% discount, booking my room without knowing which hotel I would be awarded. It could not have worked out better. Not only did we get a great rate but we had easy access to the highway, good restaurants you could walk to, and we were within 15 minutes of the places we wanted to visit while in Louisville, i.e., Churchill Downs, Kentucky Derby Museum and Louisville Stoneware. This hotel also offers park/fly to the airport which would be very convenient if you were flying out of Louisville. We had nothing negative about our 2 night stay and would definately stay there again. We have never stayed at a Jameson Inn before, but will look for one this winter on our trip to a warmer destination.
“Great room and price!”
The room and hotel were very clean. The only problem I had was that during check-in, I asked if the shuttle could pick us up that night at a bar that was 5.7 miles away and they said they normally go to the airport and UPS but that wouldn't be a problem. So when I called for the shuttle a different person told me that the shuttle won't pick us up there even though we were told it would be ok and we had to wait for over an hour for a taxi. Not at all happy about that.
“Nice, clean and affordable”
Hotel was clean. Service was good. Price was very reasonable.
“Good value”
For the price, this was a nice hotel. The customer service was outstanding, the room/bed were very comfortable and it is conveniently located to airport and freeway. My only complaint is room could have been cleaner, but then again I am a clean freak so not many hotels meet my standards for cleanliness.
