There were no dining options available to accommodate our allergy issues. The hand set on the phone in our room didn’t work and we had to use speaker the entire time.

Nice hotel and recently remodeled or updated. Room was clean and staff very friendly. Unfortunately the surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe. We had no issues during our stay. The hotel has many paper rules that need to be signed upon checking in which I am guessing is because of the neighborhood. Lacking view in any room.

We made a reservation that was not honored with Expedia. The hotel would not honor the reservation so we had to go somewhere else. The manager said we would be refunded but we were not. We won’t stay at a Best Western again. Will appeal to our credit card company.
