The food was terrible, Breakfest and it was extra, $13.00. It is normally compementory The transportation was hit and miss. If the driver wasn't available, you had to get a lyft driver. No shuttle at the airport when I was ready for one. Called for one and a lyft driver came. Didn't get much sleep. Hotel was right under a flight pattern. I will not stay here again.

Amazing staff
Came to Louisville to watch our daughter bowl in a college tournament. The room was clean, friendly staff and super close to the alley.

It's a fine place if you are coming or going to the airport. It's close and they provide a shuttle. However you can hear the airplanes over head. The layout is bit odd and there's only parallel parking infront but the staff were all very nice.

Thanks so much for leaving feedback. We appreciate all guest response. When you are back in the area, ask for a room on the even side of the building. It's a little quieter I've been told. In addition, I know parking is a bit confusing, but we do have parking on either side of the building in addition to the back of the building.

We were here for a cheer competition, the poor front desk worker was all by herself, the company should’ve known and planned in advance. The line to check in and out was long, but the worker was polite. We also weren’t told that the pool was out of service until check in.

The staff here was nice enough and helpful, but the pool was under construction and they don't offer free breakfast like the other Holiday Inns. And on top of that my car was broken into the first night we stayed with them. When we asked if they had security cameras pointed to the parking area they said no. Honestly should of known something was off when I saw the "Park at your own risk" signs

Great hotel but skip the buffet/ restaurant
Extremely clean, super friendly staff at the front desk. The buffet needs to be run better and pricing reduced, for 12.95 there wasnt much of a buffet.

This hotel is convenient to the Kentucky Expo Center and the staff is really nice. The lobby is very deceiving because it’s nice, updated and clean. However, the facility needs to be reviewed. The pool was closed. All the wood furniture and all doors are old, dirty, scratched and need to be replaced. The carpet is nasty. Just disgusting. The beds and pillows are great and comfy, which was the only redeeming factor besides the nice employees. The breakfast in this hotel is $12.95/person and not worth it. I wouldn’t eat it again if it were free. Also, odd things like freezing cold air comes out of the light switches and every time someone flushes a toilet the faucet water will burn you. With that being said, the whole area around the expo center is run down and dirty. We tried to go to Starbucks one day and the wait for a coffee was 25 mins. Tried dunkin the next day and its was gross and all wrong. Next time we come, we’ll likely stay in a nicer area and just drive a little further to attend our event.

In addition, if you need transportation outside of shuttle hours, we also have a partnership with Lyft, and would have been happy to schedule a ride for you.

Great Stay
Very clean and comfortable! Employees from the front desk staff to the bartender were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was great since we were attending a livestock show at the fairgrounds. The condition of the hotel is a bit rundown: chipped wood doors and furniture, stained carpet in hallway, cracked porcelain sink in our bathroom. None of this bothered us since everything else was so positive. However, if shiny bright is important to you, this is not your place.

Disappointed stay
Check in front desk great. Got to the room ready to relax. Turned back the bed s and clearly they hdnt been changed. They did a room change and same issue dirty sheets. I asked for clean sheets so i could make change the beds. Front desk that evening was very accommodating. I have stayed here before didnt have this issue. It was very disappointing

The hotel staff and facility are fine if you just need a place to stay. I was confused on the extra fee that I paid for breakfast, because it wasn't explained very well how it works. I ended up not eating breakfast there, so that was a waste of my money. Plus, most hotels just have a free continental breakfast, and that would have been just fine. There is nothing in walking distance, so the fact that the bar didn't open after he told us it would, was disappointing. I do like that they have the large bottles of soap in the shower that are attached to the wall. So, it had its pros and cons, but overall, a nice place to stay the night.

It was just ok
I was there for the Arba convention but what frustrated me was the fact that the pool heater was busted the entire time we was there. The pool was the reason why we was there. Also while eating breakfast it was kinda rude for someone to always come up and ask what room we was in while we ate. Also it was kinda weird that every time we went up to the front desk there were workers just hanging around chatting so you had to wait to ask questions. The rooms were clean when you asked them but there’s a few things that can definitely be better.
