L’hôtel ne nous a pas plu : le lit n’est pas confortable, tapis pas propre, piscine pas de serviettes et semble laisser à l’abandon. Hôtel énorme et clim a fonds!
Bonne situation près des attractions.

A lovely hotel in general, but do not book a room on the 24th floor underneath the Swizzle rotating restaurant. The noise from above was horrible into the late evening & started back up at 6:30am with what must be cleaning & prep. Nice view, nice room, great staff, but no sleep.

The check-in process was quick and smooth. I was in my room within 10 minutes of arriving. The lobby was nice and it was easy to find my way around the hotel. However, the room had a bad smell. It smelled like someone had been in our room cooking fish. We sprayed air freshener and pushed through it. My friends and I just needed somewhere to get ready and sleep for the night. Had it been a longer stay I would have asked to be changed to a different room. I was attending a concert at the KFC Yum center and the skywalk made it so incredibly convenient to get there. That was honestly my favorite part. I don’t know if the room we stayed in doesn’t get booked often because we had other friends stay in a different room and they didn’t notice any smells. I would be willing to give this hotel another try but stay in a different room.

I was underwhelmed by the staff knowledge at check in. I had to ask for the bracelet that allowed guests on property later in my weekend stay and the lady looked at me as if she had no idea what was going on.
